We arrived around 3:00 PM, but our room was only ready after 5:00 PM, and that was after we insisted several times. At breakfast, when we asked a young female server for a spoon, she replied rather impolitely, saying, “Can’t you see them yourself?” Overall, the service experience was disappointing.

Stayed here for only one night in order to explore the Village of Pinehurst. The hotel is very close to everything, clean, renovated, quiet. We enjoyed the pool. Would definitely stay here again.

There are many extras on the breakfast bar. I chose this hotel because of the 'hot tub' outside at the pool. It was so dirty that neither my wife nor I would use it.
