It will leave you feeling like you are in paradise, 2 King bedrooms with ensuite, full kitchen, 2 private patios, glittering glimpses of the beautiful turquoise ocean and all the comforts of home, It is the perfect spot for 2 couples of a family with small children. Situated in the heart of the Island, we are walking distance to some of the nicest restaurants on the island, bakery, Restaurants & nightlife.

Our stay at Coco Beach was terrific. The property is terrific and it’s location is wonderful.

Lia is a terrific host. Great communication leading up to the trip and during our stay. She arranged for a car rental to meet us at the airport. Super easy. Our stay at Coco Beach was terrific. Highly recommend. Great location to beaches and restaurants.

Amazing experience

This is a wonderful apartment, literally foot steps from a beautiful beach. The unit is very well kept and equipped with everything you could need for a nice beach vacation. The host was very accommodating and responded immediately when needed. I wholeheartedly recommend this property.

issues and issues and issues

Problems galore but most handled quickly. Both bedroom a/c quit because completely rusted through. First a/c guy (Tony) was absolutely useless. He spent 2.5 hours and fixed nothing. Second group of a/c guys (coolite) were outstanding and spent 4.5 hours and returned in morning to clean up trash. Most outlets did not work and had to make coffee in living room. Electrician could not fix as problem was in street so fixed next day. Went a few days without satellite which makes no sense for this kind of money. No instructions on safe use. Replaced frig filter. Massage and gift cert greatly appreciated. Lia's mom and dad were terrific.
