You will not have a luxury experience at Royalton Granada. Although the grounds are beautiful and there's a lot of activities offered (especially for families) the service here is lacking. The people who work here generally work long hours and are underpaid and it shows in the lack of service, helpfulness, kindness, etc. They treat you like a job where they do the bare minimum. PROS: The pools and beach are beautiful and spacious. The food is pretty good. The rooms are modern and clean. There's lots of activities. CONS: The restaurants on the property are always full and you can't make a reservation. The service is slowww and not proactive. To go off property by taxi will cost a minimum of $40 USD roundtrip to go just within a 10-min drive. Alternative is a bus. The spa service is incredibly expensive. In general, no one is helpful. If something goes wrong, which it will there, there's no action taken to remeditate the issue. You will recieve a "sorry" and that's it. There was ONE helpful person there in security named Shaq, who went out of his way to find my lost hat. TIP: Nirvana spa has much more affordable services. Dodgy Dock is fun on Wednesday nights.

I liked the Vibe team. They are likable and talented individuals and do a good job of keeping the guests entertained on a daily basis. I liked the kid's club and its friendly and helpful staffs. I liked the cafe where they provide a variety of specialty coffees, ice-creams, milkshakes, cakes, Etc. What I did not like about this Royalton is that it is overrated. I previously spent a few weeks at St. Lucia Royalton a few years back, which was excellent experience, and that is primarily why i decided to vacation here at Royalton Grenada. This resort in Grenada was a bit of a disappointment compared to St. Lucia's. If St. Lucia's Royalton was a 4 star resort, this was like a 3 star. We went here for our anniversary and they did not help us celebrate our anniversary in any way, which was a big disappointment. We had 2 little children, ages 3 & 6. Other than kid's club, small children's pool, and the beach, there was not much they could do. St. Lucia's Royalton had a very nice playground in the pool for the children. Grenada Royalton did not have that kind of playground. I was shocked that foods like coconut, lobster, quality steaks were sold at additional costs. We have never encountered this before. We've been to many other resorts in the past and these were mostly covered under all-inclusive. The foods were ok and not extraordinary in any way. Would we recommend this resort? No, not at their price. I think the same money could be much better spent at other resorts.

Pros: Clean, newly renovated, and SUPER close to the airport. 5 Minute walk from the Airport. Con: Better check- in process should be in place. Not much information is shared upon entering. IE: 2nd pool and Diamond club perks. I found out about the Diamond club by given the wrong menu and then told could not order. Diamond Pool for Diamond club members only. The rejection is not the best.

Beautiful scenery and weather. Food selection was poor and room service was awful( out of some items on menu ). But overall decent hotel but not worth premium price

Two days in a row towels and napkins were not placed in the room. We could not get a table for two in French restaurant, tried two different days.

The property is in a beautiful beach. The sunsets are amazing. The staff was very polite and extremely friendly. The food was good- breakfast the great. The pool next to the beach was our favorite part. Amazing trip.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. It is still under renovation so some areas were not open for use yet. However so far it has been impressive.
