Older property, but felt safe enough. Fairly quiet and easy to access the airport and shopping areas. I realize it is extended stay but there were no paper towels or cups/plates/pots provided. Cigarette stains in bathroom looked very old. Parking easy.

Location of the Hotel was in a Bad area, and it looks dangerous area for my kids.

The hotel was ok...pretty much average. However, Orbitz had my booking completely screwed up. So, I ended up paying the hotel for another night, and I had to request a refund from Orbitz. Orbitz took care of it, but my reservation should have been handled properly from the beginning.

The staff was very nice but the room smelled of weed eventhough it was a non smoking room. The ac went in and out. The room was not clean

It was dirty, noisy (the fan sounded like it was going to come apart), and the door was barely able to close. I would not recommend this leave to anyone and there's no way this place should cost half the amount it does. I checked out a day after arriving (for a 6 day business trip) and they refuse to refund any of the money back. I asked Orbitz to get involved and they tried to encourage this place top do the right thing and they refused. STAY AWAY!

Very quiet room. The floors were a bit wet in areas but hoping that was from a recent carpet cleaning. Friendly staff.

It was 6:00 pm when I arrived at the hotel only to find out that my room wasn't ready due to housekeeping staffing issues. At first I was informed that it should be ready in two hours. After discussing options I was told that the room would be cleaned within half an hour. Once I checked in, I found the room to be pleasant and clean. The air conditioner worked well and the bed was comfortable. When I went to check out in the morning I found the doors to the front desk locked requiring me to use the phone to rouse the clerk to get a receipt.

nothing works, dirty, no towels, no maid service until the 8th day,

The cab driver took me to the wrong hotel, even though I made sure I told him Executive Stay America - Southcenter. It was 1:45 a.m and the office was closed. They were fully booked but the manager let me into the office and made arrangements for another cab to take me to the right hotel. She was so sweet and very helpful. I don't know what I'd have done if she didn't let me in, as I did not have a cell phone. Unfortunately, I didn't get her name, as she deserves a bonus! The only negative is that the Orbitz agent who made my reservation assured me they had 24-hour shuttle service, but they quite running at 9 p.m. That was important to me because my flight arrived at 1:15 a.m.

The worst hotel I ever stayed in. I would stay at an old Howard Johnson's before ever coming bag to this filth.

If you are drunk and forget your room number don't go to the front desk they will just call the cops on you

The room wasn't well maintained. It smelled like smoke when it was non-smoking and the bathroom like urine. There were stains on the bed covers. Asked to be changed to a different room but there were no more until two weeks. I won't stay here again.

The hotel advertises that it has a shuttle but it is subcontracted from another hotel and based on availability. In my 2 days there, I could not get a shuttle to the light rail in the morning to get to work, and I had to call the front desk numerous times to get a pickup in the evening. If you can't get the shuttle, you are out of luck for transportation unless you want to splurge for a cab. The front desk was also poor at answering the phone, in general. My husband had to call 4x after 10:30 pm on a non-busy night before getting thru. Stay at the Ramada across the street or another hotel nearby instead!

For the cost I can't complain. Good location. Needs better housekeeping.

Stayed for 2 nights and nothing extordinary. My room was non-smoking but still has this heavy smell in the room. Turn on A/c and open door to let smell go away. Close to freeway was a plus and also there is Westfield Mall very close by as well as other stores. Getting to surrounding cities was close including South Seattle. Overall hotel was average but better than your cheapest motel.

They charge like a hotel but provide services like a YMCA. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It took a very long time to get anyone to check us in. Not happy.
