I wouldn’t recommend that you stay at this property unless you want bedbugs and filthy stained chairs in your room. I stayed two nights and have bed bug bites on my face and arms and neck. The only positive thing about this place was free parking and friendly front desk staff at check in.

My favorite SeaTac hotel- reasonably priced, very nice staff, decent restaurant on site, easy 24-7 shuttle to airport. Nothing fancy, but better than the other area hotels I've tried.

Air-conditioning wasn't working correctly

Air conditioner would turn off automatically, it was hot and U had to get up several times. I called help desk and security person came in to help, then AC would turn off automatically but not as often as it was before.

The employees were so welcoming and kind. I was bummed because I left my coffee cup, and when I stopped by to get it after my trip, it was after management hours, so they said the management would have it locked up. I was hoping for a good old fashioned "lost and found". Oh well, I guess if you leave anything there, make sure you call first to arrange to pick it up.
