Clean and super nice staff!

Staff was very noisy in the morning and waking us up at 8:00 am

The immediate area where hotel is located is not the greatest, and at checkin, while the staff was pleasant, there were taped up signs everywhere saying all the things you could be charged for. And you have to give a security deposit for damages..not that big of a deal but made me nervous the type of clientele they must have...was pleasantly surprised at room though - clean, nicely remodeled and better than expected

When we pulled into the parking lot there was a little apprehension. There was limited dining because of covid. The room was clean and the decor was nice. It looked as though they had did some renovation. The only problem I had with this establishment was there were people who looked as though they were doing shady business hanging around, inside and out.

It was somewhere to lay my head during my stay. No frills just a basic hotel. It was overpriced for this time of the year too.

Property needs a refurbishing very dated. Guest Services was exceptional!!!

Would been nice to know about the breakfast being canceled and the shortage of bath towels. Otherwise, the place was clean

The room was acceptable for the price. But the breakfast was a go to bag with kids snacks. The pool remained closed for most of the day.

It would've been nice if there was an area inside or outside with tables/chairs. There was nowhere to go but the little indoor pool or in your room.

The second night we came back from the beach i went to the vending machine that was literally in front of my room I could not get back in the room with my key card and my brother could not open the door from the inside and hour and a half later the fire department had to bust open the door to open it all the manager could say was that he was sorry and this has never happened before with that in mind I will never stay here again not even for free

The property was clean and the beds were comfortable to rest in at night.

Check in was safe and quick. Room was very nicely equipped
