I had a slow drain toilet then it completely clogged and they told me to plunge the toilet there maintenance man is off for the weekend. !!!! I would have called a plumber if I was at my house. The fl room extremely musty and damp and smelled horrible! Like wet dog on the carpet. I drove 9 hours and so exhausted. I thought this was a Hilton and this is the worst one in the us
We enjoyed our stay here! Very spacious and comfortable! Breakfast was okay! Indoor pool was nice! Parking was good! The room itself was clean, it could have used a more deeper clean. Especially the bathrooms! But overall Pleasant stay!
Didn’t like booking a room and when I got there had been changed by this hotel or Orbitz. Com I’ll never know will I. The hotel was nice

Central Location, quiet large room
There were no wash clothes. I checked in on Saturday and today is monday still no wash clothes. Mixed up my room. Just a horrible stay.
We got there and they didnt have a room for us. The lady at the counter was completely rude. And we still got charged. Not happy!
I didnt like the fact that they were overbooked, lack of towels for room and pool
We drove 7hrs to check in and got to the hotel only for them to tell us they canceled our reservation with no warning and didn’t give us a heads up. They refused to give us a number to call, didn’t help us find new lodging and the reason they canceled was the rooms weren’t clean. It was a joke!
What I did'nt like what the unprofessionalsm of the yound a lady who works the front desk at the 550 Columbiana Drive, Columbia, SC property. I reserved a room through Orbitz and was charged an additional rate. When asked why the discrepancy she got an attitude and hungup the phone. I then canceled my reservation. She lacks interpersonal communication and good customer service skills.
I was very happy with location of property...within proximity to everything.
