Excellent staff
I give thus property my upmost praise. Due to Covid-19 room service wasn't avaliable and hot breakfast was boxed I understand, the front desk was very helpful. There wasn't a microwave in the room, I can live with that, I ate fruit. I will use and recommend this property.
Very limited house keeping, breakfast and amenities because of Covid. Trash truck dumping trash containers at 5:30 in the morning. Friendly staff.

I loved the decor in the lobby as well as at the decor and layout of the room. The breakfast bar was excellent! The staff that welcomed me was friendly. Only one small negative: one of the coffee cups in the bedroom had some orange substance in the cup... ick. Overall a very pleasant stay.
The location is good however this is an older property with minimal amenities. No USB ports in room, no electrical plugs by nightstand..made it hard to charge phones. Coffee pot was one of those older ones with pods, makes horrible coffee, however coffee in breakfast area was good. Advertised as having a bar....there were 4/5 bar stools around corner from check in with bar area behind. Staff seemed more interested in talking with each other than engaging guest.
Very neat and clean. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable.
Staff was excellent and very friendly. My room was very clean as well (although the couch smelled a little of urine). One elevator was broken my entire 5 day stay. This was inconvenient as I was on the 6th floor. The remaining elevator was VERY slow. Good enough but could be better.

I like that the staff was very nice and welcoming, the rooms were clean and neat. I just wish that breakfast was more of a variety and appealing. The taste of breakfast was not very good. The pool area was okay but could have been a little cleaner with the things that have fallen from the trees, but I enjoyed my stay I would visit this site again.
The staff was friendly, easy access to the interstate and rooms were large and comfortable. I will definitely stay there again.
Sink was clogged. Couldn't use. Overall was a nice stay. Would visit again.
we paid for the buffet for breakfast and the breakfast was free to others because the attendant wasnt able to ask for room numbers so they let everyone eat at no charge . we asked for a refund and they said we couldnt be refunded because we booked through orbitz. the buffet was also not worth paying for. it was disappointing and tasteless not as advertised.
