The town of Jackson is located in the Jackson Hole Valley, and is best reached by flights to Jackson Hole Airport (JAC). The airport is located seven miles to the north of Jackson and, when you fly to Jackson Hole, you can take a shuttle service to downtown Jackson or nearby Teton Village, hire a rental car, or take a taxi or limousine service to your destination.

Jackson is a popular tourist destination all year round, due to a variety of nearby ski resorts and also its proximity to Yellowstone National Park and Grand Teton National Park.
