Super easy hotel for the business traveler five minutes away from the airport and two minutes away from the interstate, overall experience was positive room was clean air condition was calling slept well

We stayed on our way to Florida. The room was clean and the hotel was quiet. It was close to restaurants and some shopping. The front desk staff was friendly and we didn’t have any issues. It was a solid traveling hotel.

I'm here tonight because Delta didn't get us there (Delta deserves a really bad review but they really don't care so what's th point). I've always been a Marriott fan with a couple of Marriott credit cards and have always apprecitated the service and quality of their hotels. But this place is a very sad. I would not have stayed here if I hade read the reviews that I now see on Tripadvisor. I'm either a gold or platinum member--doesn't matter as the place still has a very unpleasant odor regardless of my "status." Ratty furnishings that look as tired as I feel tonight! I would have given it a 1 star were it not for Lois, the shuttle driver who was delightful and made us feel so at home. She hauled us from airport to hotel to eat about a mile from here. Just lovely lady--I hope they appreciate her! The first place they put us in was freezing and the heater was broken so they moved us. Lois, the rescuer, was sent with a key to move us to anothe room. Still smelled funny. Ick. And their workout closet--it's about that big, is a pitiful. Anyway, I really expect so much more from Marriott. This place was over $200 for the night!!! BIG DISAPPOINTMENT.

We stayed Mar 23 - 25. Room was excellent and perfectly located near shopping and restaurants, and 20 min to downtown. And manager karen was super sweet and helpful with our booking. Would highly recommend and definitely stay there again.

Platinum elite Marriott members! Sure were not treated like one. Looks nice from outside but rooms definitely need updating. Bathroom needed a thorough scrubbing. Front desk personnel need to be schooled in customer service, very rude when I called front desk for help finding the sheets for the pull out sofa and was told that if I wanted another pillow I could come down and get it!

We arrived in our room to find the lights would not work. We called the front desk and were told to open the door to the fuse box in the room and try flipping switches. Luckily, we knew what to do and solved that problem, but what if we were not so knowledgeable? Seems like someone should have come to help us. Then we discovered the overhead light in the entry/kitchen had only one lightbulb in it - and it must have been about 40 watts because we could barely see. Called the front desk and were told there was nothing they could do because no maintenance person was on duty. The next morning we went to take a shower and discovered the bathtub wouldn't drain in spite of propping up the drain plug. We showered in ankle-deep water (YUCK!). We complained at the front desk and were told that the repair was listed in their maintenance book but hadn't been completed. Unbelievable! They knew the bathtub didn't drain and rented the room anyhow! The staff was apologetic and reduced our bill, but we would never stay there again.

Pre booked this hotel for a stop over traveling home from a cruise. Very convenient to Hwy 95 and plenty of shopping and restaurant near by and a large Outlet Mall It is clean and comfortable place. The check in was easy. Lady checking us in was very nice and suggested places to eat near by. Breakfast is included with the room.

Front Desk staff - Kim and then Steven - so welcoming and accomodating. Gave us room on 3rd floor but problem with lock on door. Within minutes Steven met us on the 3rd floor and escorted us to new room on the 4th floor! Very spacious handicap accessible 2 Queen Beds - very clean... nothing missing. Excellent all the way... Breakfast very varied and staff helpful... Best morning feature - Fur Pet Wall in the lobby where we noted a pic of our 2 registered pet therapy dogs taken the year previous... how nice is that?!!!! They also have a lovely patio with patio furniture and a bbq off the dining area when the weather permits... nice touch!!!

We booked a room for 7 nights. When we arrived, we were not told that housekeeping did not clean your room daily. We had to ask for clean towels and we were told by Tiffani that housekeeping was there only until noon and we had to get up early to get our room cleaned while we were on vacation. We did have the do not disturb on the door one day and no one came back to see if we needed anything. This is an extend stay hotel and the worse housekeeping ever. We were shocked being a Marriott silver member, this is how we were treated. Also we were told that we could not stay in the room while it was cleaned due to OSHA regulations. When we asked to see the OSHA regulations certification, there was not one, so they lied over and over again. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME or MONEY.

Arrived to the hotel,which was surrounded by several hotel and restaurant. Walmart was across the street, which was good. I was frightened at seeing 2 big horrendous dogs standing out with the owner at the front door,so I stayed in the car until they moved. Obviously, this is a pet friendly location with no size limits for pets. The printer was out of order in the business center, which consisted of a printer and one small computer, nothing special. Katina was ok at check-in. The room was roomy, and nice. During the night, the HVAC wouldn't lower below 80 degrees. Called Shawn at the front desk, and she said she couldn't imagine why it wasn't working, but that was it. We slept hot. The morning attendant, Karen Green, met me with a smile. I told her the problem and she called Eric to see if he could do something about the issue. She went so far as to say that she would get it checked out, and credit some off my bill for inconvenience purposes, which I appreciated very much. Breakfast area was small, and you had to look for what you wanted, as it was scattered around. The breakfast host was friendly too. Overall, the room décor was nice, noise level was quiet, no airplane noise noted. We were given a late check out of 1:00 PM, rather than 12 noon. However, Shawn didn't put that information in either. Karen on the day shift definitely made up for Shawn's low energy and lack of concern for our room issue. With that being said, my Marriott mobile app was not functioning for me either, but that is not the hotel's issue. I think all of the Savannah hotels are too expensive (190.00) including tax on a Saturday is quite high, not just at this hotel, but all of the surrounding locations. The area was nice, and I would stay again if I had to while traveling to this area in the future. The outside appearance was good, too. Thanks again goes to Karen for her service and attention to our room issue.
