Although the rate for our room was very low, this hotel was not worth even that. Instead of patching all the problems in the room, this room needed a complete make over. The bathroom was horrible and the room had bugs. Our room was so close to the interstate that it sounded like the trucks were driving through our room.

It was getting dark, so I had to stop for the night. The front desk person was very pleasant. Room was clean and pretty comfortable. The property, is in a time warp! Breakfast better than most, but in a huge old room. Very outdated!

Stayed here Sat.night, 3/17 and got the last overpriced hotel room in Richmond Hill. This was the most dilapidated hotel room I've ever stayed in. Paint was peeling on walls in several spots, paint streaked on curtains, carpet was torn, electrical outlets did not look safe, base of toilet looked like it had been leaking & was poorly caulked, and the A/C sucked cigarette smoke into our room from the outside walkway running in front of the rooms. Normally, I'd say you get what you pay for, but this room was way overpriced at $199 due to some local event going on in or near town. This place should be torn down and start over!

We saw 2 cockroaches in our first room! Mold in the bathroom also. Changed rooms. Updated a bit, but sink was slow draining. The room cleaning staff and breakfast lady were very nice and helpful! We wouldn’t stay here again.

Our room was old and poorly maintained. The bathroom had gross stains and didn’t look clean. Even the curtain shower had stains. We are not staying in this hotel again and wold not recommend it to anyone. They advertise themselves as being a green hotel but serve their food on styrofoam plates and plastic silverware.

The hotel was clean on arrival. The front desk clerk was friendly and checked us in as fast as her computer would allow. Found room with ease. Parked in front of it. Pool looked cleaned and well maintained. The grounds were also well kept. A/C worked and slept well in bed. They are pet friendly and have area to walk them. Had problems with toilet and reported the problem at check out. Still needs a lot of repair but they have a good start. They need more lights in the room. Short an outlet too.

My wife and I travelled to the Savannah area for a long weekend and attended a revival in Waverly,, GA. We picked Quality Inn located in Richmond Hill as a halfway point between both locations. We truly found a hidden jewel. The staff here are wonderful especially Miss Sheila who always greets you with a smile at breakfast with her awesome biscuits and gravy. Our room was amazing with a huge king size bed that offered the best night's sleep we have had in a long time. Lots of nice restaurants near by especially Country Pride at the truck stop across the street. Great food. Just 20 minutes to Savannah on I-95. Come visit this beautiful hotel and say hi to miss Sheila from Helen and Cindy.

Doable and basic hotel right off highway, good breakfast, friendly staff, good WiFi, many TV channels. good price, and very clean and safe. Got AAA rate and couldn't have been happier. Would recommend this hotel for anyone in need of rest after a long drive.

Don't like to knock places we stay. Each generally has a number of positives. This place is the very rare exception. It is not worth your money....free... maybe...if nowhere else to choose from. Young lady at check in was very good. Don't like to provide such a totally negative review.

The only thing that was newly redecorated was the carpet & gold spread for the bed ..the bathrooms were awful ..mold all around the floors ...the front door going into the room was molded & nasty the A/C didn't work all that well ....the only good thing was Miss Shela & the breakfast ..miss Shela was kind & helpful she was very friendly ..the breakfast was actually very good ...it had a nice verity to choose from ..
