I am taking a class at Georgia Tech and I am on my second week staying at the Fairfield Inn. I am impressed by the customer service! Danette, Brittany and Antoinette have been there for me if I had any issues. I wanted to go to the gym and they actually have a key to Anytime Fitness about 1.3 miles down the road. This is just in case you don't like the smaller gym that they have at the hotel. I needed a microwave and the manager had one placed in my room. The best thing is my room was upgraded to a suite because I was a veteran. They also have veteran parking, to me this really meant "thank you for your service." I recommend the Fairfield Inn and I look forward to staying here again.

Convenient to 95 the hotel is in an area with many hotels and restaurants. Good clean and comfortable rooms with an okay, but no great free breakfast. The hotel was full but the staff was friendly and helpful. A nice stop on a long drive.

BUYER BEWARE! This location is a bait and switch! A confirmation ( Reservation Confirmation: 88768504) means nothing to them if you arrive late. After a 15 hour drive I was greeted with the news that my reservation was canceled, and my room was given to someone else. The excuse give was my card was declined although the transaction is still currently on my account. The desk person the proudly and arrogantly told me that the “the entire area is sold out” ALTHOUGH “ I know of two available room in the area which are TWICE what we promised you”, you want me to hold one of them for you? I contacted my next stop which is a Marriott property and they told me “we don’t do business like this!” I would book elsewhere, don’t get your day ruined by these unprofessional hacks at Fairfield Inn & Suites Savannah Airport

We were traveling through the area and this hotel was conveniently located off the highway. The hotel was clean and updated. We were upgraded to a suite which was nice and roomy. We asked about dinner options, Sam Sneads in particular. The woman at the desk gave us two $2 off coupons to use. We appreciated this and were pleased that the restaurant was a short walk. Breakfast was what we expect at Fairfield Inn (very good!) We would choose this hotel again.

Staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. Room was clean and basic. About 10 mile from downtown Savannah, which we didn't mind. I was an easy drive. Breakfast was good, attendants were conscientious about keeping food replenished and cleaning the area. I would recommend this hotel.

We stopped overnight on Feb 21.2018 and checked in as members ($109) . Brought our bags in and went for dinner. Upon returning unable to get in room. After trying several key cards the girl at the counter called her engineer who had to come from home to work on it. Extremely tired we had to wait in the lobby for him. She assured us she would adjust the room rate. She acted very professional. BUT we were deceived. The next morning upon check out we got a hard copy of our bill with no discount. Total $128.17. The morning girl at the counter also assured us it would be fixed. Later that day I received another email with the exact total on it. No discount at all! This is a very outdated hotel with basic rooms that are in bad need of renovation! The worst thing about it there were two HALF rolls of toilet tissue folded with the points. And no new box of tissue. This was the peak of the flu season but that’s not the point ..each visitor should Get an unopened roll of toilet tissue and an unopened box of tissues. This is common sense and courtesy for your guests!!! We will never stay at a Fairfield Inn again! This has made me wonder how many hotels do not change the TP rolls or the tissues? Luckily I carry my own. But this is never happened to us before.

We stay at this Fairfield Inn on a Park and Fly plan when catching an early morning flight from SAV. Always a good experience. Our room (usually $103 or 105) is roomy, clean, and looks out on a pleasant pastoral view. Our latest stay of less than two weeks ago was typical. Desk service was friendly and professional. The swimming pool and hot tub refreshing. Breakfast at 5:15 a.m. was available and first-class. Most important, our reserved transportation (free, but you should tip) at 5:30 a.m. was right on time. When we landed at the airport a week later, a phone call to the Fairfield desk prompted a van to pick us up within 8 or 19 minutes. Finally, we have found the rates at this Fairfield to be lower than its nearby competition. For us, a winner every time.

This place is run really badly. Waited over 10 minutes to check-in, they did not accept a valid coupon (no reason given), heater/ac in the room was the old motel style and did not work. Single elevator broke.Place did not even have a closet, the iron was nailed to the entrance-way wall. Would never stay again, would be more careful when choosing Fairfield.

Very fast and efficient check in process. Friendly breakfast staff, (and free breakfast-who doesn't love that) and clean rooms. Heated in-door pool, and conveniently located right off I-95. Can't beat it-:)

We were pleased with our brief stay. Our room was clean and neat, we had the amenities we wanted, the staff at check-in (Cecelia?) was delightful, morning staff were friendly, the breakfast staff were friendly, and so another lovely experience. NO BLIPS!!!
