We were looking for one room for one night for five people, two teenagers and three adults. Late arrival, early departure, just needed a place for the night to get some sleep. The listing said the room sleeps five, but there were only two twin beds. No couch, no cot, no anything for the fifth person to sleep on but the dresser or the floor.
I had called to see if pool was open and i was told yes by the people who answers the call, but when i got there pool was closed. It was noisy because of the people who was above us was letting the kids run around. Trying to sleep all i heard was trucks outside. Bed was not soft. The guy at the front desk was really nice.
The staff was very friendly and hot breakfast was available
The hotel is minutes away from family, grocery stores, shopping and restaurants. It's always clean and if I did ever have a concern, I am confident that the Manager would handle it. It's like home away from home when we stay at this hotel. There are allot of hotels around this one; but I ALWAYS choose to stay here.
The hel is close to a nice restaurant called sweet tea.
This hotel is absolutely disgusting. There was bugs in my room, the floor was extremely dirty, questionable stains on the sheets. I am so disappointed. Wanted to give red roof a chance but never again. There’s plenty of hotels in the area to stay in for a better price, might wanna pick one of those
We stayed 3 nights. Clean room and bathroom, nice breakfast.
Breakfast was okay but not great. The eggs and sausage were pretty much tasteless, and there weren't many options beyond them. On a bright note, the pancake maker was really nice, albeit a slow process to wait on the pancakes to get made.
The hotel staff were nice, the hotel could be cleaner. There was mold on the room curtains and in the ac unit.
Rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. We came in at 1:00 am and the staff member was super nice even at that time.
The person who checked me in was extremely rude. The room itself is nice, staff isn’t

Clerk at front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. Within being in our room for 10 minutes I saw a roach. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable to sleep in. There was a very musty odor in hallway and room

The room listed and reserved is a room that can sleep up to 5 guests, but we leave it to the guest to determine if a room with 2 Queen size beds only will be comfortable for their party. We do not have a pull out sofa in our Double Queen rooms, only in the King Suites. Extra cots is not something we offer, only cribs. We do apologies that you had an uncomfortable stay with us.
