In need of some updates the toilet is a real shorty and the bathroom fan was extremely noisy. Also it didn’t work hardly at all as the mirror wouldn’t clean. The bed was as very comfortable and we have always enjoyed this location and have been coming for years. Needs a little improvements and care and would be back to normal.

Use to be our favorite in Richmond Hills

We always stop at this Best Western on our way to Florida. We have our dog with us. It is disappointing to see the conditions and amenities have gone downhill. There were always warm cookies when we would get there. Gone. The bathroom only had soap for the shower area. When we went to breakfast, that has definitely changed. Not as good at all. Only regular coffee. The yogurt only came out dispenser. Miss the quality it use to be.

Great stay for the weekend- we would stay again

Parking was fine, room was clean and beds were comfy…unfortunately didn't get a chance to use the Hot tub.. staff was excellent! Friendly and helpful. The only reason I didn’t give an excellent rating in all categories is that the breakfast was only average. And all 3 mornings that we were there the coffee continuously ran out-in the dining room and the front area lobby… and the hostesses had to be alerted by the guests…

Not the first, but more than likely the last

The rooms smelled like mildew and the floors felt damp. Hallways smelled like pot. Beds were comfortable and I slept well but the mattresses were very springy which I don't think a lot of people would like. I have stayed in this hotel about 4 times now. I don't know if the owners changed or what but I feel the quality has gone down and I don't think I will stay there again.

Sam at front desk was very nice. Cleaners barged into our room with their own key at 830am even though we had until 11am to check out. Spa was "out of order" Pool is very very small. Nothing to do in the area. Room cleanliness was mediocre.

Not enough towels.

We had three children and two adults. They would only give us three towels. The indoor pool was hot and had caterpillars all around it. We only got room service one day. We visit often to Richmond Hill and this is our second stay here. I don’t think we will stay here next time. The check in staff was very nice.
