The room was clean but had a very strong smell that only went away after using professional odor eliminating products. The shower curtain and bathroom fan were broken as well. The beds were very springy. I travel for work quite often and this particular stay left a lot to be desired.

The property was in a good location but due to Covid 19, the included breakfast was horrible.

I have stayed at this location several times while traveling to and from Florida. It has always been clean and relatively quiet. The staff has always been pleasant and efficient. The breakfast is a cut above the average hotel breakfast and the dining area is always clean and well managed.

Awful experience. Avoid this place! We arrived late at night after being on the road for hours. When we got there, the night clerk Kenny was not able to activate keys for us, so we were not able to check in timely. After making several phone calls to coworkers to figure out how to operate the key machine, he told us to have a seat in the lobby. We sat there in the lobby for 30 minutes while he tried to figure out how to activate a room key. He then left the desk and went upstairs and unlocked the door to our room and told us we would get keys in the morning. At this point it was almost midnight. When the morning came, I asked for the manager on duty but I was told there was no manager on duty at the time but that the manager would arrive hours later. We were offered nothing to make up for this ordeal. Accommodations were subpar as well.

Loved this facility! Clean, nice property. Staff was helpful.

What I didn’t like is that orbitz delayed sending our reservation. We had to wait for 40 minutes before the front desk at the hotel had our reservation Very disappointed in Orbitz!!!!!!

All was good, clean and free breakfast. Good location.

Our room was fine but the other 2 rooms in our party had issues. One had a broken door handle on the bathroom door and the fridge "ticked" constantly and the other room smelled with mildew. They were told that they couldnt be moved because they were sold out that night and there was nothing that could be done. We were there for 3 nights. Upon check out, rhese matters were brought to the attention of the asst mgr and adjustments were made. However! Our orbitz deal included a $10 credit per day toward excursions but the desk clerk "was too busy" to figure out how to handle this (he worked 2 double shifts) and didnt have time to make a phone call.

Loved having a great breakfast every day and snacks available at night. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Property was clean, beds were comfortable. Pool area was well maintained. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good and breakfast hostess was very helpful. Would stay here again if passing through.

The hotel is conveniently located off the interstate, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was nice, and the hotel was clean, all in all a winner.
