Love the staff, always friendly and helpful. We stayed in a newly renovated room. The door wouldn’t shut, light in the bathroom wasn’t working and the paint on the door frame was peeling off. No housekeeping service during our 6 night stay. Twice had to track down toilet paper, tissues and towels. A lot builds up in 6 nights lol
I have never stayed at a property of this level where the staff was as knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly as at The Hotel Saratoga. Both front desk/managers could not have been more kind or accommodating. There is also a lovely lady who works so hard managing the breakfast spread and keeping everything clean. No matter what time you go down to eat, there is lots of fresh food, and the area is spotless. The hotel has lots of free parking. It is located on the main street of Saratoga Springs, just a mile or 2 away from the main downtown area with all its shops and restaurants. Very convenient for visiting Skidmore as well. The day I checked out, a crew started on a huge renovation project, so I know The Hotel Saratoga will be even better in the future.

Very nice hotel for the money. Clean, nice staff, room was big enough, and located just outside of the main part of town (only a 3 minute drive).
