I also live in the townhouse. We rent out two bedrooms. The townhouse is close to Snow canyon. Located in the beautiful Southern Utah town of Santa Clara, it’s a stunning overnight rental place. The community has clubhouse and a refreshing tropical pool with a red rock waterslide and splash pad and alsooffers exciting outdoor recreation for all ages including pickle ball courts, tennis courts, a playground, bbq pit, poolside cabanas, and more.

The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a kitchen island.

Everything I expected and MORE!

Jane was WONDERFUL to work with! She answered every question and even reached out with thoughts and suggestions she thought we might be interested in. The property was EXACTLY as advertised! It was immaculate, comfortable and we loved it from the moment we crossed the threshold. I will definitely stay there again!

This was nice get away in Santa Clara. Close to many activities we were doing. Harmons grocery store was close by. Snows canyon and Tuacahn were within 5 mins drive. There is a pickle ball court and pool. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean, roomy and cozy. Nice big soaker tub and separate shower. There is a mini fridge in the bedroom which was nice and convenient. The private balcony was comfortable. Jane the host was very kind and accommodating. We needed to use the kitchen for baking and Jane found a hand mixer for us so we could make pies for Thanksgiving. We had full use of the kitchen and all common areas. Keep in mind that this is a home and that you will be renting a space. You have use of a key to the private suite. You enter through the front door and go directly upstairs to the suite. We had full use of the garage and entered the townhome from that way too. The only inconvenience with this property was the street parking. It was Thanksgiving weekend and very crowded with cars parked on both sides of the street and all drive ways so it was tricky maneuvering in and out of the tight fitting neighborhood streets. We had a great stay here.

. Pictures were not accurate. Old sheets and comforter no blankets. Knick knacks and fish stickers on glass shower even on toilet. This was our first vbro and was very disappointed. please never recommend this place I thought this was a new home and had not been rented before since there was no reviews owner told me no one had given her one. I can see why. Please take this off of your rentals

Weekend getaway

Everything went very smooth. The property is clean while decorated and inviting. Although the host Anderson live in the property we felt like we had it to ourselves and didn't cross paths with him although the host was available by phone or text if needed. Nice pool, clubhouse etc as well. We watched the performance at Tuacahn which is a very short drive from the property.
