I loved that we were so close to everything in san juan/ old san juan. The area looks a little rough but it was quiet at night and we felt very safe. We rented a car so did not walk around but having the parking space included was so convenient. The only thing that wasn't great was that there was always noise that woke us up around 8am. We were out late every night so getting woken up by the barking dogs and loud tools was a little rough. Overall though it was a great stay and I would stay here again, except i would bring a white noise machine to drown out the outside noise lol

Cozy and comfortable stay in San Juan that gives you the authentic feel of being a local. You’re within 10 minutes to a lot of attractions. The host is very welcoming and responsive. Everything is contactless and they make it extremely easy navigate. There’s plenty of beaches around , but if you want to drive a little I highly recommended visiting Mar Chiquita beach. It’s absolutely beautiful and it’s a secluded beach that feels like its own little island. The beach is roughly 45 minutes from this property.

This place is beautiful and well kept! Everything was clean, they even lent us beach chairs and a cooler, and the location was great if you have a car or are trying to hang out in Santurce area! Plus the staff was super nice.

This property is well maintained, well stocked and conveniently located to major highways which made it easy to get to San Juan or head in to Bayamón. Parking was always available. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the San Juan area.

The place is very cute. I felt safe in the area. The rooms were clean. Comfortable bed. The kitchen has everything you need. The lady in charge is available when you contact her and the ladies that work to clean the building clean are very sweet and keep the place clean. I really enjoyed staying here and will do it again the next time I travel to PR. I highly recommend this place.

The service was great and the people were wonderful, great place. If we ever had a problem, you immediately gave us a reason and solution. The only complaint we have is that they cut the water three times on our 11 day stay. The water would cut at random times for a random amount of hours. Despite this, we’d definitely still recommend and would come back!
