Acacia Boutique Hotel

Dont go there the building is dirty and no elevator, they dont clean the rooms, really bad service, the only thing that i like is,that you next to the beach,but really dont go,nobody help you with the suitcases,you have to carry everything, up the stairs and down,never again i would go there

Good location

I was very disappointed when the hotel refused to refund my payment after the hurricane struck the island, and my flight was cancelled. I would have even accepted a credit to return.

Great location! Nice balcony, but the interior is very run down. No curtains, only blackout inners with large holes in it. The floor in our room was so dirty (old dirt) we couldn’t walk on it without shoes. The onsite restaurant hasn’t opened since Covid. Will not stay here again. It’s a shame because it has a lot of potential.

The hotel is nice and well situated and rooms are adequate and pleasant. Lobby staff is not very friendly or helpful: no information volunteered about amenities, shower in the 4th floor for late day departure, or availability of beach towels. No refresh was offered for the room as we stayed 5 days, we had to get new towels, new garbage plastic bag ourselves. No plastic cups anywhere. Otherwise very pleasant stay.

There was another pool at a sister property they told others about but not us. The beds were uncomfortable and the restaurant is closed. One front desk guy was not friendly. I liked the proximity to the beach and the air conditioning worked well

It is a nice hotel, very nice area, the beach is very close and nice pool. Very close to the stores and restaurants.The hotel is pretty nice. The only thing is that the rooms don’t have refrigerator and microwave. The customer service only some people were nice. I really like a girl. Her name is Raquel Jordan, she was very kind and professional nice customer service. I really recommend this place for vacation. Thank you all of you everything. I will definitely come back again

The reality is nothing with what they advertise on the Webb. everything is in poor condition and old. all the bedding smells bad.

Just duty and unfriendly customer service rooms are very small. Furniture old I don’t recomend this hotel.

Adorable property! Steps from the beach. Just know that the restaurant is NOT open. I booked here because the advertising said there was a restaurant on site. Also, there is no daily housekeeping. Other than that, it was an amazing stay! The hot tub is great! I would definitely stay here again!

It was a very nice place to stay very quiet ..

We loved the location there were so many restaurants just walking distance and the beach is literally steps from the hotel. Also Betsy at the front desk was so nice and she gave us great recommendations for restaurants and nearby beaches. I would not recommend renting a car as parking is difficult to find. We used Uber for our stay and we never had a problem it’s also a lot cheaper than in the US. We will definitely be back here. If you want to be immersed in the neighborhood and spend most of your time exploring Puerto Rico Acacia is a great place. If you want to just get drunk by a pool I would say one of the resorts would be better as Acacia only has a giant hot tub and the sister property At Wind Chimes which you can also access has a small pool on the roof which was really nice but it’s small. Overall we loved the hotel and had an amazing time I can’t wait to come back.

The staff, especially Raquel was wonderful and helpful in every occasion. The negative: No safety box in the room or in the reception. The room has no windows to the outside and the lights in the room were not bright so it was difficult to see well. The property is in an excellent location. Having a dehumidifier in the room made a difference between a soggy stay and a comfortable experience. Thanks Raquel.

Practically next to the beach

Interesting, authentic, comfortable, and distinctive space -- not the "normal" modern hotel. For me, that's a big plus. Small but very cool pool with view of the beach, about a block away. And the staff were super friendly and helpful, even at 4am checkin. Restaurant was closed still, but lots of options within short walking distance. No parking at property, but street parking nearby.

Very small bdrm and bath—no place to put anything. Suitcases had to go on top of the bureau so no counter space. Bathroom had only very narrow shelf. Very small bars of soap. Hard bed and 2/3 of the time, no one seemed to be staffing the front desk

I need tell you to listen to the reviews that is the best thing for you to do this was the worst property I’ve ever stay on when I first came to the property my plane arrived at 2 o’clock in the morning they refused to let me check in until 4 o’clock the next day even though a couple was leaving out of the establishment and someone that was staying there also allowed me to stay in a room they did not want me to get the key the staff was very rude the only one who was not rude was the girl and her girlfriend the walls were full of mold did not match anything that was tore through the pictures I did not even receive the wrong that I pay for the restaurant was closed due to low staff rolling towels and they kept running back-and-forth across the street to where I was not able to even get in my room for over two hours this was the worst experience ever
