The staff was great; the hotel was clean and in a convenient location. The hotel is overdue for a remodel and the restaurant was not very good, coffee was watered down and the pancakes my wife had were tough.

Loved the property. My only complaint was that the property should let you know parking is not guaranteed. We drove to SF and there was no available parking when we got there. Luckily we found street parking a few blocks away and didn’t have to worry about permits given a weekend but during the week it could be really tough.
