The house was even better than we expected. It was very well appointed and did not feel like your average rental property. We had a great stay and can’t recommend this house enough.

Great family vacation

The house was nicely furnished and decorated. Very comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. The beach is a very short walk away. Belmont Park isn’t too far either. We were there for 2 weeks during which time our three daughters took turns bringing their families to stay with us a few days at a time. They all enjoyed their stays as well.

Terrific place

We have stayed at many places over the last 40 years but no place was equipped like this one. Everything we needed, from coffee to olive oil, was there. The unit was spotless and well decorated. Even little things like the quality of the towels were better than any other place we have rented in SoCal. And the host was great. We will be back.

Mission Beach oasis

I can’t say enough positive things about this beautiful condo. It is so well cared for and perfectly appointed. The balcony, the bedrooms, the kitchen - everything felt perfect. Anything you could want was right at your finger tips. Walking to the beach takes about 3 minutes. Cindy was extremely responsive and very professional. My family and I loved our stay here!

Fantastic beach house just a few houses back from the boardwalk and sand in South Mission Beach. Everything was in tip top shape and the house came with all the necessities- boogie boards, chairs, towels, beach and board games, etc. SUPER clean and VERY well stocked with towels, soaps and shampoos, magnifying mirrors, closet space, dressers, and everything needed in the kitchen- appliances (toaster, crockpot, instapot), pots and pans, plates, mugs, silverware, ziplock bags, spices, grilling gear, etc. The air conditioning was fantastic as a few evenings were warm. We LOVED the rooftop deck for coffee and grilling/dinner. The washer and dryer were top of line and clean. Overall WONDERFUL stay and we look forward to returning.

We had an absolutely wonderful two-week stay and would rent this home again in a heartbeat! The house was beautiful, spotless, and by far the cleanest vacation rental we've stayed in at Mission Beach. It even has AC! It was quiet, incredibly comfortable, and stocked with everything we could possibly need. One thing that really stood out was how well the home was supplied. During longer stays, we usually end up buying extra paper towels, toilet paper, or cleaning supplies, but not here. Everything was thoughtfully provided, which made our stay so much easier. The location is perfect, and the rooftop patio is truly the highlight of the home. We spent so much time up there enjoying the comfortable seating, large dining area, and beautiful fire feature. It was the perfect place to relax in the evenings, and we were even able to watch multiple fireworks displays from the rooftop! The bedrooms had spacious closets, the bathrooms were beautiful, and the galley kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with everything we needed and more. It truly felt like a home away from home.Cindy was an outstanding host. She was warm, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. She even welcomed us with a lovely charcuterie board and fresh vegetables, which was such a kind and unexpected touch. This home exceeded our expectations in every way. If you're looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and impeccably maintained place to stay in Mission Beach, I can't recommend it highly enough!

Mission Beach 4th of July week

We stayed here for our annual summer mission beach trip during 4th of July week. Accommodations were great for our family. Master bedroom was large and spacious, plenty of room for us. The upstairs deck was very spacious and made for excellent viewing of all of the fireworks around San Diego. Owner provided many extras as well, including Beach chairs/boogie boards/sand toys/etc. We would definitely stay here again in the future. The only other feedback I would give relates to the kitchen. It was narrow and difficult for people to walk through while cooking dinner. The Kitchen itself was great, with everything you could possibly need and what looked like all new appliances.

Cindy was amazing. We had a problem with the garage door opener and she came right over when we couldn't get in the garage! She even brought a welcome gift!!!!! Having been to Mission for 9 summer visits, this was truly the home with everything!! Decor was great, supper clean, everything new and nice. I cook daily for the family and I had everything I required and more (I was so impressed with the sharp knife), plenty of serving bowls and pots and pans. Upstairs patio was perfect to watch new Sea World drone show and BBQ! A/C was great. The one in the master bedroom was separate from the rest of the house, so it could be adjusted to fit different needs. Can't wait to go back.
