With 2 bedrooms, each with queen-sized beds and a pullout queen couch bed in the living room, a fully-stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs, and laundry facilities located inside the house -- this home offers everything you'll need for a comfortable stay. Two full bathrooms, one with a tub-shower combo and the other off the Master bedroom with a HUGE remodeled shower. Enjoy the beautiful back patio, complete with BBQ grill, outdoor dining AND lounge set, plus outdoor shower for rinsing off after hitting the nearby beach or bay. So what are you waiting for? Great spot

Check in was easy, parking in the driveway was a must with how quick street parking filled up. Everything was as advertised. Great location to be close to everything and good food within walking distance. Very pleased, would return again

Loved the Succulent House!

Our family of three loved this place! The location was great. Close walking distance to the beach and restaurants; several grocery store options were within a mile. Nice neighborhood. House was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed, including kitchenware, coffeemaker, bathroom soaps, shampoos; television with streaming capabilities; plenty of throw blankets; plenty of electrical outlets. Convenient driveway to park our car. Operator was very communicative, friendly, accommodating. We would stay here again when in the area!

Very cute unit, excellent location, outdoor space is a nice bonus. Neighborhood is quiet but walking distance to the lagoon and a 5 minute drive to the beach. Some beach equipment (cooler, chairs, umbrella etc) was provided as well.

Location is everything in this cozy house!!

This property is ideal for two couples or a small family. It has a cozy and comfortable vibe. The bay and beach are a close walking distance including some of the best restaurants in Pacific Beach. Ralph's grocery is also only a few blocks away. It is also less than half an hour away to La Jolla, downtown and other popular attractions. It is also located in a nice neighborhood. We felt safe walking even late at night. The house was clean and had everything we needed including a well appointed kitchen. In fact, we grilled steaks one night and thoroughly enjoyed a quiet evening at the back patio. The washer and dryer was also a convenient bonus. We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!!

Great place to stay!

We rented this place for a week of spring break with our kiddos. Super convenient location in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Easy access to great restaurants, beaches, etc. Driveway parking was priceless as the street parking was fairly tight. Kitchen could have been better stocked with spices, aluminum foil, and cooking basics, but had enough pots, pans, and utensils. The outside shower was great for getting cleaned off after a day at the beach.
