Relaxing beach and outdoor space

Our family had a short trip together and wish we could have stayed longer. Easy access to beaches, restaurants etc. Would stay again.

Great Family Vacation

The property was very nice, well stocked, and very clean. It is in a fantastic location and close to all that P.B. has to offer. The hosts were extremely helpful and accommodating. Would love to stay here again when we come out next year!

Great House Near the Beach

Very clean home not too far from the beach, bay, and all the amenities of Pacific Beach. The owners were very communicative and easy-going. Neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful.

Loved it!

The Succulent House was ideal for our week in Pacific Beach! Clean, comfortable, private, close to all the spots we wanted to visit, eat or shop at. Communication with the host was easy and responsive. We enjoyed our stay immensely!

Great spot

Check in was easy, parking in the driveway was a must with how quick street parking filled up. Everything was as advertised. Great location to be close to everything and good food within walking distance. Very pleased, would return again

SD Weekend

Incredible location; walking distance to lots of restaurants and bar, quick drive to the beach and very nice neighborhood. Property supplied all beach necessaries as well. Clean and comfortable house. Would definitely stay here again when visiting SD.

Nice property that I'd categorize as "shabby/sheek". It was functional, beds were comfortable, furniture was well-worn, and appliances were dated but worked well.Bathrooms were great, but the toilet seats were very worn and should be replaced with plastic ones for effective cleaning and better wear

Lovely!

Very cute unit, excellent location, outdoor space is a nice bonus. Neighborhood is quiet but walking distance to the lagoon and a 5 minute drive to the beach. Some beach equipment (cooler, chairs, umbrella etc) was provided as well.

Great place to stay!

We rented this place for a week of spring break with our kiddos. Super convenient location in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Easy access to great restaurants, beaches, etc. Driveway parking was priceless as the street parking was fairly tight. Kitchen could have been better stocked with spices, aluminum foil, and cooking basics, but had enough pots, pans, and utensils. The outside shower was great for getting cleaned off after a day at the beach.

Loved the Succulent House!

Our family of three loved this place! The location was great. Close walking distance to the beach and restaurants; several grocery store options were within a mile. Nice neighborhood. House was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed, including kitchenware, coffeemaker, bathroom soaps, shampoos; television with streaming capabilities; plenty of throw blankets; plenty of electrical outlets. Convenient driveway to park our car. Operator was very communicative, friendly, accommodating. We would stay here again when in the area!

Location is everything in this cozy house!!

This property is ideal for two couples or a small family. It has a cozy and comfortable vibe. The bay and beach are a close walking distance including some of the best restaurants in Pacific Beach. Ralph's grocery is also only a few blocks away. It is also less than half an hour away to La Jolla, downtown and other popular attractions. It is also located in a nice neighborhood. We felt safe walking even late at night. The house was clean and had everything we needed including a well appointed kitchen. In fact, we grilled steaks one night and thoroughly enjoyed a quiet evening at the back patio. The washer and dryer was also a convenient bonus. We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!!
