This property was absolutely perfect for my family of four. My two teens loved having their own bedroom/bathrooms. The location is ideal with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Pretty much anything else you might want to do-the zoo, museums, etc are about a 15 minute drive away. Walking the boardwalk right in front of the property became our nightly routine. The beach view cannot be beat and the access to it is a short walk down the alley. The property itself is well appointed. All the amenities of home from the pots and pans, grilling utensils, even spices. K cups and an assortment of teas were ready for us! There are beach towels, sand toys, beach chairs, boogie boards, board games, puzzles, books- everything was thoughtfully added. I will address the parking. I had read that it was a tight spot so we considered that when choosing our rental. We had a medium sized SUV and it was tight but fit. Pull in your mirrors and ignore all the tones and beeping that the car will do. Parking is a premium in this area so we were very thankful to have a gated little spot that was always waiting for us. There is no AC, but the constant breeze always cooled the rooms when we opened the doors in the evening. And who doesn’t love hearing the surf?! This property gets 5 stars!
