We paid for a city view room and got a view of a street and freeway facing the opposite on the City View. We brought our bathing suits for jacuzzi or swimming pool but could not use it due to a private party going on. I wish we would of gotten a courtesy notice of these changes, otherwise we would of made different plans at a different hotel. I won't l book here again unless the property management gives us what we asked and paid for for the inconvenience they caused, not to mention, we paid for valet parking and had to help ourselves to get the key and remove our car from parking structure!

Location, location, location!

A solid two star hotel. Hotel has lots of wear and tear, falling apart. Floor was dirty. No housekeeping between days. Toiletries are only big enough for one night. Pool is very small. Be aware that this hotel/part of town is located very close to the airport so planes may disturb sleep in the evening hours.

Never again. Worst hotel.

The plumbing was faulty, and the room was not clean. Terrible value.

Staff was rude. Rooms were very small and floors were dirty. Shower curtains too short- water went everywhere. No pillowcases on pillows. The little things added up. Only good thing was location.

Friendly valet. Balconies. Little Italy is a cool area to be in if you want a busy city vibe.

Great value. Friendly valet.

Property was very dirty, i ended my night an hour after been there

No cleaning, unsafe staff with no masks on, overpriced parking, terrible facilities

Bathroom wasnt great. Cleaning was poor. The phone literally had orange jelly or something on it. Poor lighting. But we liked the non carpeted floors. Its a relatively budget place in a giod location though

This is basically a motel masquerading as a hotel. Once you get past the lobby, the hallway to your room is outside, like a motel.

Hi , Special thanks for sharing your comments with us , About the city view rooms , I should say that the only suites are facing the southern view and the other rooms since the hotel is located in a city district are facing the street . About the pool closure , it was just for few hours at Friday night ,when there was the roof top bar was working. But we are sorry for the inconvenience and hope to see you again in our hotel .

Angel, I'm sorry if you fell short of what you were expecting. We do put pillowcases on our pillows and our housekeeping quality is typically very good. I'm sorry if we missed these things in your room but I will speak with the staff about it.
