Staff was super courteous and accommodating, furniture needs replacing.

The staff were friendly and the room was clean. The area I thought seemed a little sketchy at night though.

Was supposed to be a non smoking room, I walked in the room and it reaked of cigarette smoke. Then the bed sheets were dirty so had to ask for fresh ones. Then there were people screaming right outside my door. I booked another hotel and left

It was very inexpensive. The air conditioner worked very well.

It was so ghetto and dirty. There was blood spatter on our wall in the bathroom, its super old and out dated, the lamps flickered off and on, some of the outlets didnt work. As soon as we got into the room the windows were wide open wirh no screens. It was really bad.

The pictures advertised on orbitz are decently deceiving

You get what you pay for. We wanted a cheap place that would fit our family.

I really like how close to downtown hotel was, pool was clean . Some staff were friendly, night check in with a cane was rude. Parking was a hassle, room was hot even with small air conditioning unit. Shower was nice but no soaps !!

I was here for 4 days and the first two days I got bites on my arm. The staff, Nick, placed me into another room free of charge and was very helpful. I received a call from the Manager saying they would refund me $25, which I have yet to receive.

Front desk very friendly and helpful. Room was roomy but was pretty worn and felt dirty. Bed was comfortable but air kept turning off and had to reset button on the plug for the window a.c.. Breakfast that was advertised consisted of a sack to be grabbed in the lobby with an orange, granola bar, and a small Danish. Disappointed overall that it could not even come close to comparing with other Amercas Best Value properties that we've stayed.

Very clean room, towels were folded nicely into swans. Bathroom light is on a motion sensor, making it easy to have light only when needed. AC worked great. Evening staff was wonderful, didn't have much interaction with morning staff. Pool looked nice and clean but I didn't get a chance to use it. Snacks and drink machines are in the pool area and have a decent selection. Lots to do within walking distance, but I was too tired from walking around the base all day to venture out. No motel shuttle, but i did find a great city shuttle guy that ran me back and forth on MY schedule (alex 858-672-2600), and discovered postmates (handy app that lets you order what you want from anywhere and has it delivered for a very small fee). Beds and pillows were very comfy (I prefer very soft), and the lamps by the bed have plug ins and usb plugs to charge your things on the nightstand. The motel is old and dated, and doesn't have much parking. Also its right on a busy street and planes fly above, but after settling in it all just became background noise and wasn't bad. Orbitz was very clear in the selection list though about which hotels to stay away from, and which were low budget but still acceptable. Overall I enjoyed my experience here, and would return again.

This was a very very reasonably priced motel so I was satisfied with my stay but there were some problems. Sink linked, the shower could not stay at one temperature but varied but it never got cold, didn't leave adequate towels, there was no run-and-go breakfast two of the three days. However, the bed was comfortable, the TV good with lots of channels, the wi-fi worked well and their was coffee in the room and available at the front desk. For the price I paid, it was worth it and for the same price I would stay there again.

Dear Lisa, We are distressed to learn about your experience, and we regret you decided to leave before we could make amends. Nevertheless, we should have served you better from the start, and we sincerely apologize for not doing so. Please know that room requests through a third-party site are not guaranteed but rather based on availability upon check-in.
