I stayed a resort in SD 01/01/21 - 01/02/21. It was not enough to me. So I booked the Guild hotel on the check-in date 01/02 - 01/03. It was truly one of the best hotels I have experienced. Location is very close to Santa Fe station and ocean. walking distance. Little Italy is very close as well. So I could order some food. Above all, it has amazing hotel staff. Toms and Maria made me feel home. They are truly amazing. They filled my every needs. I was very touched. I got an Artisan room with upgrade. very high ceiling room. everything inside is new and very trendy. I could have complementary Intelligentsia coffee in a beautiful patio in the morning. I love to travel to San Diego for a short getaway. I will choose the Guild hotel again for sure.

Awesome property and staff! They accommodated us for early check-in with smiling faces. Luca restaurant's food was amazing! Rooms were all updated, clean and comfortable. Highly recommended and will be staying there again on our next visit.
Staff and ambiance were great. Very clean and new. Decorations and décor were edgy but fun.
Clean new hotel. We really like the decor, modern industrial. Short walk to little italy. Valet parking is super expensive tho .... but theres another parking structure behind the hotel for cheaper price. We got upgraded to the basement room for bigger space. Would definitely try to stay at higher level room next time.
Loved the decor throughout the hotel and the vibe! The rooms were so cute and kept, loved that ours was on the LL it had such a cool urban chic vibe with an ode to the past. Drinks on the patio were amazing and the food looked fantastic! Loved everything about this hotel, can't wait to stay again!
