You will love this quiet unit with living room views of the ocean! This recently upgraded and fully furnished throughout, private 2 bedroom home includes a fully appointed kitchen with all appliances including stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with beautiful new crisp linens, pillows and bed coverings. Spacious living room has extra sleeping space with a new comfy sofa. Smart 75 inch Flat Screen HDTV with Bose Sound System, free high-speed WiFi connection, patio with ocean views, assigned garage parking, elevator in building for easy access, hot tub and the best beach location San Diego has to offer. Both bedrooms have their own air conditioners — a rare bonus in Pacific Beach! We had a wonderful stay, the view of the Ocean was amazing. Loved the location, it was so easy to walk to the restaurants, shopping and of course… the beach.

Great location...

... But the property itself left a lot to be desired. The unit and the overall building is really showing its age. The bathrooms are incredibly small and we had mold or mildew along the door track in our shower. There were other small details as well along those lines (e.g., carpeting, outside noise given the window mini split air conditioners, etc.).On the bright side, the property owner was really good to work with and the location was great, very central.

This complex is the perfect place to stay in PB or even Mission Beach. If you enjoy people watching and love the excitement of the boardwalk this is the place to be!
