The Space:
Welcome to your modern coastal retreat, thoughtfully designed across three levels to give guests both comfort and privacy.

As you arrive, you'll pull into your own private garage - a rare convenience this close to the beach. On the entry level, you'll find the first bedroom, complete with its own bathroom, offering a great setup for guests who prefer to avoid stairs or want a bit more separation.

Head upstairs to the main level, where the heart of the home awaits. This floor features a bright and airy second bedroom, a full bathroom, and a modern kitchen space with a stovetop, microwave, and refrigerator - ideal for preparing light meals or beach-day snacks. The open layout connects to a cozy living area, perfect for relaxing after a day of sun and surf.

Continue up to the top floor, and you’ll find a charming loft area - a flexible space that can be used for lounging, working, or additional sleeping arrangements depending on your needs.

With mini split units in every room for customized comfort and a fresh, coastal-inspired design throughout, this space offers a stylish and functional home base for your San Diego stay.
