Did not give 5 stars only due to being under remodeling so cumbersome. Otherwise, great location. a little noisy with Train tracks on back side but near Waterfront and Little Italy night life and restaurants. Would stay there again.

The staff and willingness to make us comfortable was outstanding!! Getting around the location was a little tough… Only one elevator working during the day because of renovations, and there was not a stairway to avoid that elevator quandary that would not take you directly to the lobby without going outside first made it inconvenient all the way around… If you have time to wait, don’t hesitate going here for the next month or so!

The hotel is currently under major renovation which significantly impacted our stay: - Parking lot nearly full due to construction - Only 2 of 3 elevators working - Water leaks throughout the hotel from rain, including in my parents' room and the breakfast restaurant - Breakfast area undersized for the number of guests - arrive before 7:30am or expect long waits and limited food Guests should be aware of these ongoing issues before booking.

Overall, I am glad that my family and I were safe and warm. However, this stay was equipped with unexpected fees, unwarranted racism, a terribly prepared breakfast, very tight parking spaces and a missing microwave. We will NOT be staying there again.

I was there the same time last year and the same construction is going a year later. The carpets need cleaned. The rooms don’t get cleaned. You have to ask for stuff all the time. I was there for 8 days last year and only had my room cleaned 1x. This year I was there for 5 days and only got cleaned 1x. I’m sorry that is unacceptable.

Construction and constant pounding. We were put in a room right next to the train tracks and couldn't sleep all night. Wasnt told there would be a $90 hold for incidentals. I would have been fine if they informed me. Staff didnt welcome us. They were too busy talking. Ive never had a bad experience with Hilton.
