The room was nice but the building just looks a little old. The elevator situation is terrible. 3 in the building that covers 8 floors and it takes forever.

The location was good. The first night we were in a room by the railroad tracks and requested to be moved for the duration of our stay. You could hear the train alert all night long.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel . Nice location . Convenient to everything . Staffs were accomodsting good customer service . Hotel was clean and for sure we will be coming back .

The staff is very nice with the exception of one guy who has a birthmark on his forehead. He was cheap about giving out water bottles. Everyone else was ver nice. Not sure why people complain that they don’t clean rooms because they cleaned ours timely. The breakfast is good. Fruits are available 24/7 which is very thoughtful. The only complaint I have is the airport shuttle is not in service by the hotel using the excuse of Covid to save on gas costs. Let’s stop using the Covid excuse already. Wyndham next door had plenty of airport shuttle service running for its customers. Also Orbitz and Expedia will charge you for airport shuttle at Hampton inn during your booking so please pick the option where u do not need the service because they tell you the service is not available after you book your trip. You will not get your money back.

The elevators were contantly slow and one did not run. The staff was very welcoming and kind.

The front desk staff were friendly and the property is conveniently located near Little Italy. My room was a little outdated and the bathroom wasn't as clean as I would have liked. I would stay here again for the location, though.

The location is perfect for a family visit. Restaurants and shopping nearby. Staff was great. First day of 4 got a room with a weak ac. Called front desk and was immediately transferred to a better room.

They offered no turn clean up, had to get your own linens daily, breakfasts were horrible. I would never ever stay here again.

No airport shuttle, Uber was $20

Staff was amazing Monica, Abby, Adam and Chris were some staff I dealt with and they were so welcoming!

Very clean. We enjoyed our stay, with a view. Location is close to Little Italy which we walked and ate dinner.

It was a great stay. I would go back if I went to San Diego.
