Not bad for the price. Better than most other motels in the area.
The property was very poor with broken walkway on second floor that looked dangerous. Toilet seat was broken and couch was too dirty to sit on. I would never take my family here again. Had stayed at a wonderful La Quinta in Kerrville so gave it a try. Dump did not feel safe and so dirty. Get a carpet sweeper to clean the couch! Fix the broken stuff. Close the upstairs with coming down walkways.
I expected cleanliness after the previous reviews I read before booking but the room over all smelled like smoke the the coverlets were extremely stained & smelled dirty & after the transfer the next room was also the same way.. I expected much more due to the price & also being charged a deposited that for some reason I haven’t received after a few business days even though the Roma weren’t used .. I left immediately due to quality of the room
It's close to the lake and the rooms are always amazing but I don't like the no housekeeping for everyday while staying there and I found
Pretty bad place, no internet, when called them to ask them they didn’t help us, the place to park the cars is very insecure, people in front desk has not good manners w the costumes , I don’t recommend this “hotel” “motel”
The bedrooms for a King Size bed have nice color scheme and seems fancy. I didnt like the channels I wanted to watch, because it didnt work at all. I noticed the bathroom door inside and outside werent wiped down well. It was still dirty with liquid stains and hand stains. The toilet paper was half used, but folded neatly as if it was new and new roll was not used and so i ran out of toilet paper because there were no extras.

The exterior of this property is in disrepair. The rails were rotten and the entrance was barricaded. The rooms were clean but the heat was broken in one room and the motor noise was horrendous in the other room. The breakfast room floor was dirty and housed across the parking lot in an old building that also needed exterior rehabilitation. The interior had been remodeled but the exterior was so awful that it was questionable that la Quinta even owned this property.

It was a smoking place, and the whole room smelled like cigarettes. Other than that, everything was good
Overall it was a nice stay, for a great price. It is a little older so some things are kinda worn down. The breakfast was pretty good, but we've had better. The second morning we were there the coffeemaker was broken. The staff was friendly.
We went swimming in the pool a couple times. Pretty much didnt spend alot of time there as we were there to visit family on vacation.
