The room was disgusting. My 1 year old was crawling on the carpet and when i picked her up her legs had brown filth all over them. This place has really gone down hill in the last few years.

Did not have room available I pre-paid for. First key did not work. Door did not lock properly. Facility was old and literally falling apart. I cannot understand why LaQuinta still has it's name on this property.

The first morning an employee banged on the door and before I could get to it she opened it (glad we were dressed already) and she asked if we were staying even though this was the first morning and we paid for two nights!!! Well of course we are staying, duh!!!! It was a really bad experience all the way around

I liked the employees. They work hard and are very accommodating. The hotel is pretty run down. The room was clean but there is smoking and pot smoking in the room above us. The filters in the heater need to be changed. There should be a quiet time and we were awaken by partiers outside our room several nights. The grounds has cigarette butts everywhere.

This was probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. It was filthy, and I mean FILTHY! Had I not been under sever time constraints, I would have moved to a different hotel. I'm pretty sure one of the beds had not had its linens changed, the coverlet was stained and filthy. And the floor??? I wouldn't walk on it without shoes on. The coffee pot was unusable. There were water bottle caps on the floor that weren't left there by us, and also a dirty sock left on the floor behind nightstand (I was trying to plug my phone in to charge it when I discovered this). I do not recommend staying here. As a matter of fact, if this were the only option in San Angelo I would rather sleep in my car in the Walmart parking lot.

Bathroom area wasn’t very clean. Hairs in shower and floor. Poor patch repairs in shower. Drain piece on vanity.. didn’t look clean. Staff wasn’t very friendly.

Outside appeared to be a decent property but once I checked in I quickly noticed the hotel was awful. My room had trash strewn about, dirty handprints on the walls and door handles. The couple who were checking in after I did said their room smelled like weed and was their room also nasty. Disappointed and wouldn’t recommend.

Exterior: in serious need of repair and maintenance. Interior: room door rusted on edges (and on frame); back of bathroom door stained and gross-looking; furniture torn and stained; the smell of sewage came from the bathtub drain in the middle of the night; TV did not work; in-room phone did not work; This location did NOT live up to the standards we have experienced at other La Quinta locations. We also shared this information directly on the La Quinta website, but we did not receive a response.

Property shabby, unkept, just a road side flop spot nothing more.

The room WREAKED of smoke, blood smear on the bedspread, dirty, stained ragged furniture and the door and walls were filthy. Refused contact with a manager. Rate 258.00. Small discount given. Employee was sarcastic and rude. Could not have cared less that the room was a mess. Told me I should have checked out. There were no rooms available due to 3 large events being in town at the same time.

Clean, friendly staff, on snacks on site, front open 24/7

Not bad for the price. Better than most other motels in the area.

The property was very poor with broken walkway on second floor that looked dangerous. Toilet seat was broken and couch was too dirty to sit on. I would never take my family here again. Had stayed at a wonderful La Quinta in Kerrville so gave it a try. Dump did not feel safe and so dirty. Get a carpet sweeper to clean the couch! Fix the broken stuff. Close the upstairs with coming down walkways.

I expected cleanliness after the previous reviews I read before booking but the room over all smelled like smoke the the coverlets were extremely stained & smelled dirty & after the transfer the next room was also the same way.. I expected much more due to the price & also being charged a deposited that for some reason I haven’t received after a few business days even though the Roma weren’t used .. I left immediately due to quality of the room
