Had a very nice stay. It was a great location for what we needed. They served a good breakfast too.

We stayed here last year and everything was fine, however this year we experienced a multitude of issues. Each of which in their own I could have overlooked but with the number of issues I definitely won't stay here again. What happened you ask? Well here's a list: Malfunctioning Fire alarm went off every day for 3 days around 5am or 11pm Our room Smells bad The couch bed had Dirty sheets Keys don't work every day when we return couldn't get in the door and have to have them reprogrammed each night. No shampoo replaced for two days. We couldn't wash our hair for 2 days because we were too tired to have to go downstairs. No TP replacement when room cleaned. Towels that were given the day before were not replaced nor not hung up. Lobby garbage cans were overflowing looks like never emptied Thermostat wouldn't work the first day stuck in 68 freezing in the room my husband had to fix it. Same garbage in the stairwell for several days. You can make up your own mind whether you would stay here again after having this experience. When they asked how our stay was I told them. The manager said she would compensate us but because we booked online she couldn't and we would have to go through Expedia. She told me she would be able to apply a discount through them. When I contacted Expedia all they could do was give me a $50 credit which is useless to me since I would t want to sign up for the trouble again.

The hotel was very nice and welcoming but the internet was a little slow.

Visited family. Room was spaceous and beds were very comfortable. Friendly personnel. Would definitely stay there again.

Overall, my friend and I had a good time at this hotel. It's close to the university and about a 5 minute drive to downtown. It's a nice, modern property with a great breakfast. The one thing they could have done better was to put the loud family with the kids not in the neighboring room. The property seemed not too full and it would have made our stay more relaxing. Maybe the hotel was fuller than I thought though. Anyways, overall we enjoyed our stay and I would stay there again.

I enjoyed our stay but you can hear everyone passing by. There was a family with a baby next door so we heard him crying while we were trying to sleep.

Heating unit in room did not work, and unsecured network connection did not work without contacting tech support, and then could only receive not send.Maintenance tech worked on the heating unit for several hours but was not able to fix it. The hotel had no other rooms available to move me into, and the other option offered at 10pm was to see if another hotel had room. [...]

I was in town on bussiness. The hotel was quiet and clean. There were a few restraunts close by but the convention center and other things we did were not with in walking distance. It did not have a shuttle to the airport. The staff was always very helpful with answering my questions.

We like being able to have breakfast and then go for a swim. --All together as a family--

We were in San Angelo for a wedding shower. We were sound asleep when the people next door woke us up at 11:45 p.m. yelling and banging things around. This went on for about 30 minutes. We called the front desk and complained. They immediately responded. The people left the room but came back at 2:45 a.m. and continued talking loudly until about 5:00 a.m. It was the worst night we have had in a hotel. [...]Hotel was overpriced.

This hotel was great in terms of service, assistance, cleanliness and quietness. The only problem was a very unfriendly and unpleasant breakfast attendant. She monitored the area regularly and was cursing and complaining about the guests burning food etc. All this was done in fornt of me and my family. This is not a person who should be out among the guests and should not be part of the team.

Very quite and relaxing for just a weekend

The stay was great and staff were very helpful. Was there on family business and only thing that I would suggest is that they could have cleaned our room before 3pm. Over all, great location and very clean. I will stay there on my next trip.

The Fairfield Inn and Suites of San Angelo, Texas was new and well maintained. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful from the moment I entered the lobby. The housekeeping staff were effecient and friendly. The breakfast room staff were the one poor point on my visit. The attendants were the great unseen factor in the breakfast room. The hotel staff mixed with the guests for breakfast. They served themselves from the breakfast bar and disappeared into the room where the breakfast room staff were hiding. They should have a separate facility. Overall the stay was pleasant.
