When we arrived, they said they didn't have a reservation for us. We showed them the confirmation email with the reservation number but they still said they didn't have a reservation even if they confirmed it was the right hotel. They didn't want to help and we had to leave and to reserve another hotel nearby.

The staff is always nice, the room was clean, but they had some curtain where the sheer was torn. Old or a pet? Idk The breakfast is usually really good but I'd like to see bacon there. The beds were so comfy that I slept so hard, my husband and daughter said I snored loud. LOL

This hotel is undergoing long-overdue renovations. The afternoon desk clerk all but ignored us when we asked for a room that was as far away from the construction and ice machine. The new room toilet overflowed at 5 in the morning. I went to the front desk, and the receptionist was very helpful and friendly, offering us a new room immediately. I explained that if we could have some new towels, we could move later in the morning. We spoke to the daytime desk clerk, and she got us a new room in just a couple of minutes and was very understanding and wanted to know if there was anything else she could do for us. I asked if someone could clear out the batch tub drain, as it would not drain when we took a shower that morning.
