Amazing Stay at Sofitel London Heathrow Terminal 5 – Perfect for family Travelers! We had an incredible overnight stay at the Sofitel London Heathrow Terminal 5. The location couldn’t be more convenient for early flights—it’s literally just a 30-minute walk from your room, through security (with no wait during our visit), straight to your gate. No shuttle buses or taxis needed! The staff were exceptionally kind and gracious, with a special shoutout to Aartee at the front desk for her warm welcome and helpful check-in. 😊 The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after a long journey. And the breakfast buffet? Absolutely outstanding—fresh pastries, hot dishes, fruits, and more, all beautifully presented and delicious. We’ll definitely be back on our next trip through Heathrow!

The bathroom wasn’t as clean as I’d like. Hair in the sink, streaks not cleaned on the faucet, floor didn’t look clean. The room itself was clean and the bed was comfortable. Overall a dated hotel. No plugs near the bed for my phone. For €240/night could be a lot better.

Nice staff, but hotel is expensive considering I don't think it is that modern looking. Breakfast was expensive, but there was a lot to offer. Though there should be a proper barista made coffee and not coffee out of a machine. I was very displeased that the spa area cost so much to access. The hotel uses the spa as a main photo on their booking platform and because of this, and the fact I could not easily find that access needed to be paid for, this is really poor advertising. 40pound for single access for 1 hour is crazy. It should be included in the cost of the room! I would not rebook for this reason, there are other hotels at the terminals to use instead.
