It is dirty, disgusting, outdated, smelly, moldy, ill-functioning air conditioning system, lack of air conditioning in the hallways and lobby with holes in the carpeting and curtains. I had booked two rooms for my family and at 2:30 am, my son and daughter in law had to leave. She is 6 months pregnant and got violently ill from the moldy smelly and lack of air filtration. I booked this hotel through Orbitz- I will no longer book anything through Orbitz since they knew that the conditions of the hotel were slummy and they still posted this hotel on their website. And no, I did not get a good price through them so that is not the reason I booked through them.
Smelly, blood/spit stains on wall. checked in came to room and asked for refund. Front desk attendant came to room said was no smell, bloody spit stains were nothing. My child was feeling nauseous from the smell of the room.Said would not refund and must stay
Arrived To hotel and there was a drug addict/homeless woman lingering around the lobby and then was walking the hallways with no security or help anywhere……hotel is HORRIBLE, musty smell and dirty….not to mention the drug addicts/drunken screaming fights all night…..and they charged us $240 a night which I wouldn’t have even spent $20 a night there……I immediately contacted orbitz Saturday morning after we couldn’t sleep there Friday night and they went to fight for us and the manager Samantha basically laughed at our request and told us we can file a complaint with whomsoever we’d like…..some service hahaha and don’t worry we will be letting everyone know about this place!!!!

Although the hotel has a great location, it is very old and needs a lot of upgrading, Carpets in lobby and hall ways are bumpy and stretched out. Hallway walls have extensive signs of water damage and leakage from above. Front desk was nice and did have complimentary toothpaste and shower caps. Hotel room beds were nice but everything else showed its age. Bathroom lighting is from twenty years ago and when you look up you can see all of the wiring. The only thing at this property that was fairly new was the hotel shuttle which was a large 12 or 16 passenger Mercedes Sprinter Van.
Management was horrible to work with. You couldn’t even have a conversation with them about anything. They just didn’t care about any of your concerns. This should not be a Choice Hotel property
Management was very difficult to work with. The hotel is tired, very tired. Definitely below choice hotels standards. You never received the same information from the front desk clerks.
The room itself was good but ac unit was not working well.. It was super hot that night and was looking forward to sleeping in with ac blasting but not the case.. It wasnt hot either but definitely ac unit needed to be serviced
We were switched rooms 3x ! They had bed bugs in two of the rooms! And then in the third room there was a live wire out by the window. We were changing rooms until almost 4am then when requesting for the refund I was told I have to wait ! This hotel is disgusting do not stay here !
Location, Cleanliness, Staff, Food, Price, on site laundry and so much more. Definitely worth looking into.
Hotel has funny smells. When we pulled the blanket down there were black hairs all over.
The only thing I’m not pleased with is the shuttle service , I was unable to use the shuttle for our flight in the A M
Ceilings had water stains. A glass was accidentally broken in the bathroom and cleaned glass with washcloth. The gloor around the toilet wss filthy. There were holes in the wall
Checking took 30 min because their system did not see my Orbitz reservation as quickly as they should have...also only 1 person working front desk and he had to answer hones at same time. Bathroom was not as clean as it should have been...the hotel overall had an old feel to it...needs to be renovated
