Great location, close to everything. Room was on the small side but still plenty of room. We were lucky enough to get a corner room so we had a balcony and views on 2 sides. We were given the wrong code to get in the door, but one quick Whatsapp call and it was all sorted.

The room was quaint loved the decor, small but adequate for our one night stay . If you are a bigger person the shower could be an issue . There is no front desk everything is done via email and what’s app and we had no issue getting in ! Area was perfect 3 min to Trevi

Check in was a nightmare. The host was rude, insolent and unhelpful. He never sent instructions how to access the property until I lost my temper with him. Access to the property is unnecessarily difficult. When we did finally get in, the place was filthy, unkept and had bugs. (I have pictures, but I don't know how to post them here.) The only reason we stayed is because I know we wouldn't get our money back and had no place to go.

Plenty of shops nearby, right near landmarks like the Pantheon, Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain. Amazing restaurants and coffee bars surrounding the property. Love that the hotel has an elevator and an amazing balcony view. The keys were a little confusing at first. Same for the light switches. Beware of the noise (sirens especially). Overall a good stay, especially for convenience.

The historical charm of Rome is right outside your door at the Upper View Suite! This was our second stay and it is sooo very close to all the MUST SEE places! Great food in the area, all in a short walk from our room. We recommend staying in room 405!! Best balcony and views of the main street. (Via Del Corso) Reasonable accommodations for such a great location! It is an older building with unique quirks. It is NOT a service oriented 5 star hotel, so manage your expectations, but you will certainly enjoy the evening walks in Eternal City while staying here!!
