The staff was unbelievably nice. There for a night and accomodationsbwere as expected, nice and clean but nothing out of ordinary. The staff however, 10 stars. Ladies and gentlemen who were there were super pleasant and helpful. Cleaning staff, kitchen staff, every single person was top notch. I will stay again simply because of the staff.

The hotel has recently been renovated or is still under renovation in some areas. Our room had been freshly painted so the door stuck to open and had to be pushed hard to close. The plastic tiles floor was sticky and a roach came out as soon as we sat something on the desk. We never could get the WiFi to work unless we turned off our phone WiFi protection that we weren’t willing to do.

Wonderful stay

Hotel was very clean. Breakfast area was very well kept. When someone left the table, it was cleaned before next person came to use it. Very good variety of breakfast food.

The staff was very friendly. Especially front desk. Price was great. However, the room was dated and dirty. Tons of dust and dirt on lights near bed and the floor and couch were dirty. There was a sticky film on furniture and tv remote. The AC was on 62 when we arrived and it was freezing. The room was very damp. It was difficult to maneuver around the pull-out bed and even to pull it out with the chair right near it. The shower was broken and did not turn off unless we turned all the way off and then turned back a little. No fan in the bathroom made it very hot. We were woken up each morning by cleaning staff slamming doors every 5 minutes early in the morning. Breakfast biscuits were raw in the middle.

I don't like when properties give the poorest quality rooms to visitors who book through 3rd parties. I was placed in a room closest to the elevator. It was a handicapped room. The toilet seat was chipped. I opened the refrigerator door and a significant amount of water leaked out. The blinds could not be adjusted, therefore the sunlight coming through the room was bright and when the sun went down, the light from the parking lot shined thru, which kept me awake. Someone was hack phlem out of their throat at 6a.m. next to the elevator for several minutes. I could hear people getting on and off the elevator all night. This was, by far, the worst, hotel experience I have ever had. There are multiple hotels close by...choose those. I will NEVER stay at another Comfort Suite hotel. Clearly, they do not value their customers.

The front desk receptionist was very kind and helpful. She suggested Marco’s for dinner because they deliver their own food. The food was great and delivered quickly. She also chatted with me while my husband parked the car. I felt welcomed! Thank you

I purchased a stay for 3 days. Everytime we left the room and returned our key would not work upon our return. We had to go to thr desk 3 separate times to have our keys reactivated. The excuse each time wad that our stay was put in incorrectly by the prior person for one day only, even though we paid in advance for 3 days prior to check in. Also, the staff in the dining area for breakfast were not very friendly at all. It seems as if the residents coming for brrwakfast was bothersome. The hotel was clean. That is the only good rating I would give. I would not stay again; however.
