Clean, spacious, well suited for 2 couples, the beds are full-sized only, could be tight for some. Surprisingly quiet even though it is located on a busy street. We arrived and were very impressed with the apartment. The location to everywhere we wanted to visit was perfect. We would definitely rent this place again if we get back to the area. Only complaint is there was only seating for 3 at the table unless we moved the office chair and there was no tv in the one bedroom, other than that we loved how quiet and easy it was to find.

We stayed for a week at the Monroe Suites in August and could not have been happier wth the accommodations, amenities, cleanliness, nice welcome note and gift. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was exactly what you see in the pictures online. It was clean and neat and had every thing we needed. Having on-site laundry was very helpful. It's perfect for the visiting executive or a small family. It's very centrally located, so reaching anywhere in Monroe County is easy.

Absolutely Adorable! So Functional!

This property was in great condition: very clean, decorated very pretty and the sheets were super-comfortable! We just loved it! Layout is great for interacting with each other yet we each had plenty of space. I felt secure in an unknown neighborhood and the little store in the parking lot had everything anyone could need for a short stay.

Perfect home away from home

We visit family for Christmas each year in Rochester and this was a great location and set up. A surprising number of cooking and baking items allowed us to do our share of the meal prep. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. It was easy to walk to CVS, Panera, Char Broil (an excellent local diner) and a small grocery for last minute items. Hope to be back next year!

Very comfortable apartment! Had a little issue and tried to call property manager only to get voicemail saying they were closed for the weekend. Hidden Gem

This apartment is awesome! It's more spacious than it appears in photos and is clean and nicely updated. We were there to visit family in the neighborhood nearby, and it was perfect for us and our 2 adult children. While the property is on a fairly busy street close to the freeway, you would never know that once inside the apartment. It's very quiet inside and is conveniently located to downtown and other local attractions. We would definitely stay there again the next time we're in Rochester!

Exploring New York

We chose Rochester as our starting place to explore New York. With a rental car we went a different direction each day and had a great trip. Letchworth Park, Niagara Falls, Erie Canal & Finger Lakes. This condo was the perfect location and perfect home. Did not disappoint and simply beautiful. Exactly as pictured. Clean, quiet, comfortable. Easy access to freeways and Wegmans for grocery needs.
