I was locked in the hotel room for almost an hour after the door lock malfunctioned. They had to break the door to get me out and I was having a panic attack. Nobody even apologized for what happened and despite being told that a manager would call me, nobody ever did. Terrible customer service and I am pursuing this matter further.

Everything was decent about my stay except one glaring issue. Someone most certainly was smoking in the room. It had a heavy dusty smoking smell that was hard to avoid. I was so tired from my ride I didn’t ask for a change. The shower was also very weak and hard to get under the water enough to clean myself. Unfortunate as everything else was good including the amazing receptionist.
