The hotel and breakfast are quite good. The hotel is situated close to the motorway but the noise level is minimal. The Wi-fi signal strength in my room was quite low but this probably because I've been assigned a room at the opposite corner of the entrance.
Located about 16km out of city centre - would be very accessible if you were driving to Torino. Great value rooms and very spacious. Great buffet breakfast. Restaurant onsite that serves great food, but there is a pizza place next door that would be a cheaper option. Bus 4 from city centre, change to 43 and get off at Opsidalde San Luigi and then get a taxi (13 euros). The walking route is not very clear and would be awkward at night.
This hotel is very clean, quiet and nice staff. This hotel offers a really good breakfast. Also, there is a restaurant, We had a meal and was really good (price and quality) If you are travelling by car, the location is great, because is no in the city center!!! I can recommend 100 %.
We stayed again this year at the end of August and again had problems with the air conditioning which was not working at all. We asked for assistance but receptionist said she was the only one there so could not help. We had a sleepless night because the heat was unbearable even with the window open, which also made it unbearably noisy. In the early hours of the morning I requested a room change, which we were given, but with a different bed configuration which made the room seem really small and cramped and changing rooms is a lot of hassle. Breakfast was good. This time we were given 3 wifi codes so that we could all get connected. But the difficulties with the room 2 year running mean that we will choose somewhere else to stay next year on our drive from Umbria back to the UK.
The Interporto hotel was a big disappointment for us, in Italy. It is an old hotel , not really clean , very close to the motorway therefore it is noisy. However the staff was friendly and the breakfast was good, they even had some gluten free products.
Friendly reception staff who had no problem changing our room when we complained that the first room allocated to us smelt of smoke (naughty hotel guest since it was supposed to be non-smoking!). Free wifi, comfortable beds, free parking, good breakfast buffet with real espresso coffee. We stopped here overnight on our journey from UK to Italy and the location was perfect - easy to find off the ring road and easy to get straight into Turin centre. Only negative was that the air-conditioning only worked when we were in the room since you need to have the key in a slot in the room and after going out for the evening it took forever for the room to cool down again - but it was exceptionally hot and still that day/night.
Unconfortable, dirty and small roons. There was mold on the wall. Bad breakfast.
Very large room, very clean room, hotel staff...friendly and helpfull, restaurant staff...a dizaster, rude and unfriendly...food...not really on my taste...but the worst thing is that initially,i thought is gonna be a cheap room, like the site said...close to the airport and "few km to the city centre"...well if 30 euros and 20 mins. for one way taxi fare,to the city centre,is cheap....then....i will appologise, but i ended up paying a lot more on taxi fares, than i would have payed for a room in a 5 star hotel in centre of Torino.
You're staying at this hotel because it's off the highway, and you're probably driving somewhere in Italy. What the hotel lacks in "charm" or "style", it makes up for in price. 49 Euros a night. This includes: parking, WiFi, a large clean room, with two decent sized beds, a huge balcony (with a view of the highway), and your standard bathroom. It's the closest thing I've seen to a typical American hotel that's in an interstate rest stop. One thing I should mention: the restaurant downstairs was ready to close, but they took the time to prepare us dinner at 10:30 p.m. The calzones were quite good.
It was nice to stay in this hotel during a very wet Torino day. The rooms were big an the food was nice in the restaurant in the evening and morning. It's just that we had an emergency there an it was very difficult getting the assistance we needed. The staff really was wonderful, as were the many strangers that stopped to helped, particularly Claudio who was staying at the hotel. I would recommend this hotel because it felt very safe. It was older, but spacious. It has working wireless, excellent parking, cable tv in multi-languages, not just Italian. We liked staying there except for the sulfur in the running water and the darkness in the hallways. I actually like the hotel more than the area. It was not really so much for tourists but more so for business class.
