This is a really nice hotel. We paid extra at check-in for an upgrade to a suite which included free use of the mini-bar and discount on drinks and food in the hotel bar and restaurant. The hotel is in a good location, close to the main railway station. But be careful if you go near the railway station as the area seems to be full of strange weirdos of middle-eastern origin. We walked around the area but got away from there pretty quick as we thought we were being followed/targeted. Plenty of nice restaurants and bars nearby. The (upgraded) room was really nice and spacious. Clean and tidy. Spotless bathroom. Bar service was good with friendly staff providing the usual nibbles. Breakfast was buffet style and included everything you would expect, although the coffee was stale. If you pay for an upgrade, make sure they apply the discount to your bar bill. They hadn't with ours and so it took an extra 15 minutes at check-out; firstly to convince the receptionist that we were entitled to the discount, and then for her to amend the bill - which didn't appear to be easy. Would stay again.

I stay here regularly for business and would happily recommend and return. Comfortable and clean rooms and beds. Great location, walking distance to the train station and the beautiful sights in this lovely city. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Coffee at breakfast needs to be improved.

Old world style on magical Torino . Excellent service from staff and our rooms (we had three) were all perfect. Breakfast was also very good . Thanks for the wonderful stay and help making our visit to this great city so memorable .

Pluses: Staff is very helpful and professional. No waiting at the reception, fast service. When we had problems they helped quickly. Five stars for the reception staff. Executive room is nice and clean. Bed quality is excellent. Bathroom is large and clean. Perfect. Standard rooms are really small. Gym open 24 hours which is great. Location of the hotel is close to city centre, which is great. Many restaurants. But also close to the train station and wierd people around it. Breakfast is very average for a four star hotel. No healthy or organic options, no low fat milk, etc. But the taste is good and staff takes care that food is always ready. It would be 4 or 5 stars review if it was not two awful faults which ruined the experience. Minus: awful Wi-Fi connection. The speed is 1 Mb/s at most. This is unacceptable. We took the executive room because the hotel promisses excellent WiFi in executive rooms. But 1Mb speed is unusable. Every average bar offers 20 Mb speed. Minus: the garage is under the hotel. The garage person parks your car himself. You are not allowed to park it yourself. And he drives like crazy, he pushes cars around, he is not careful at all. He curses all the time. And he made battery empty in our car by not turning it off properly. So it took us two hours of time after the check out before the service people came to start the car.

I stayed for 3 nights during my visit. This is nicely decorated hotel at convenient location. Just in front of station. Checkin was smooth and quick and staff were curtious. Rooms were clean and with good ambience. The only thing I am not happy about this hotel is breakfast. The variety was limited and I couldn't find much options in it.

Everything was good, very good. The reception desk very efficient, helpful with a smile. Room (executive double) superb, very spacious and totally quiet. Excellent bathroom. Breakfast surprisingly fully international, an immense buffet with...the lot. And it’s right in the town centre!

We booked here for couple of nights for the new years eve and that was great! Rooms: was really big had enough spare space the bed was so comfy, the toilet was huge plus the big mirror plus points for all the girls over there lol. Over all the room was amazing except to the carpet, it caught my attention of these little tiny white color thing in the carpet as it seems its everywhere and found out its a tiny piece of white paper its kinda obvious as the carpet is a dark red color if i dont saw that then ill give 5 points over 5 for this room. Location: was great its in the center walking distance to train station and the famous shopping street is just beside the hotel, so many restaurants around and if youre planning to go to hop off hop on bus tour then this hotel is perfect as the pick up station for the bus is just less than a minute walk from the hotel. Food: the breakfast was great had so many varieties. The dinner during the new years eve was okay the food was tasty but its a kinda heavy and the service was quite fast um well i think its normal for italy but so we had to ask them to give us 10 minutes break before the next course. Over all i highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is a mix of dated and modern. Surprisingly for any where these days is the fact that the reception area is what is dated, from entry - bar - dining room. I went out for dinner so can't tell you the quality, the menu however looked liked it had changed much from thr 80s. If breakfast was anything to go by then quality wouldn't have been great. Basic is what comes to mind. My room on the othř hand was a surprise. I had a ample sized room, which was clean with all the amenities required. The bathroom too was of a good standard. The fitness room was a disappointment, in fact shouldn't really be advertised as one. I got the impression i was the first person to enter for a long. Negatives aside, if you want a hotel by the train station, with a pleasant room you could do worse. Just don't hang around reception, not that you have much choice. The check in team are ssslllloooowwww.

I choose this hotel primarily because of the close proximity to the Railway station, as I was commuting from Milan and leaving again the next morning. From check-in to check-out, the whole visit was enjoyable. I arrived before normal check-in time as I had an appointment. and was able to leave my luggage with the front desk coordinator. My room was well appointed and beautifully maintained. Complimentary products, including tea and coffee and bathroom items were of a high quality. The included breakfast was plentiful and fresh with a wide range of both hot and cold dishes to choose from. The wait staff were attentive and replenished the dishes regularly. I would stay at this hotel again and am happy to recommend it.

This is a standard business hotel which lacks charm and character in the public areas. I'm going to start with the cons: The proudly advertised "Eataly" breakfast is a pure gimmick. There is nothing special about the breakfast, in fact it's bad for this category of hotel. You think it is impossible to have bad coffee in Italy, but then you have this breakfast coffee which must come from an automatic workplace style coffee machine. Next, terrible wi-fi, struggling to do basic internet functions, find myself switching off my wifi and going to cellular data just to look at Facebook. The shower: while the bathroom is nice, the shower is a trickle which means it takes you twice as long to shower and you don't enjoy it. Pros: The room is nice, spacious, contemporary decor. The hotel is absolutely clean and well located to the train station, 3 minute walk. If you can find another similar option within your budget, try that instead. Can't recommend if you're looking for charm and character, or a good shower, functioning wifi, and a solid breakfast. The Eataly gimmick really annoyed me.
