Nice hotel. I usually stay closer to train station, but this was a nice 10 min walk. Larger than I expected with some very cool interior design elements to check out white there make it feel very boutique like - Olympic torch anyone! Could use a little refresh, but I think that's true of the majority of hotels in Turin. Front desk staff were super helpful - especially on a Champions League game night and the place was busy. I even forgot my toothbrush and they had my back. All the staff was nice, even with my horrible Italian-Spanish that is probably more Spanish tbh. They kindly switched to English and were great. Close enough to the train station, as mentioned, but also a nice walk to the river and the museums in Centro part of Turin are not a massive hike away but a nice walk. If going to the Juventus stadium definitely take a taxi or train.

I was there last week , I booked it and I wrote I need a clean room no soap and deodorants or parfumes I called to have the confirmation and they were no nice on phone Then arriving the room was very dark but clean It's 4 stars but the attention to the client is very small I asked for some matches they said no impossible to get any fire! The night was very warm I asked for the air condition the replay no possible ! Then to stop in my room the hitter , they forgot !!!! I have friends in Torino , but I will not book a room gain on this hotel I like places where they take care of clients !

Having stayed on prior visits I've always enjoyed the location and the hotels quirky nature and boutique feel. However it's getting a little tired and needs a refresh. My room, whilst pleasant, was a little tatty and Ikea in feel. The barman was miserable and could have made more of an effort to welcome our guests- however reception was welcoming and I have no complaints about their swift and personable service. The breakfast and very attentive wait staff was excellent. I'd have liked to give more stars but in 2017 hotels need to step up in a very competitive world.

I choose Art hotel to try something new, despite being very comfortable at NH hotel. Being a season traveller with an average of 50 room nights a year in 4 and 5 stars hotel across the globe and a Dubai resident, i really never felt such an unwelcome service ever before! The management play me and used the excuse of a quarrel (to which they claimed they could check because only 1 staff was available at the hotel at night?) i had the previous night to charge me 150 euros extra for damages to wall plaster (probably mine as i think the luggage wheels might be the culprit) and to a broken duvet (also my fault). Nevertheless the management clearly threatened me (!!) that if i put a bad review they would reply that we were throwing objects in the room! Clearly not the case. Do you really wish to give your comfort and trust to such management? The hotel is a bare 3 star structure with fancy (albeit neglected) furniture. They dont even have a trolley for your luggage and a poor young blond trainee was supposed to move my insanely heavy luggage ?!?!?!?! I asked for a large walk in shower and got an handicap bathroom instead. The structure may have been nice at some point, but the atmosphere is cheap and unwelcoming. Go to NH instead!!!!

Facinating hotel plenty of art and beauty, clean and very confortable room, quite location and near center, intersting bar with garden inside the hotel, probably bar service should be a little more quick

Hotel clean, quite and very close to city Centre. Great staff, very good breakfast. Excellent the price. On demand even if a little bit expensive, parking in front the hotel. Also the hotel 's restaurant is very good with price on average with other restaurant in the city.

We came to the hotel with couple of friends. The hotel is only 15 mins walk from the center and all the greatest Turin attractions. Our room was beautiful and quirky - we loved it! The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was huge. People working in the hotel were lovely, friendly helpful and funny. We enjoyed every minute there!

The hotel was clean and the staff members were very helpful. The location of the hotel places it about thirty-five minutes walking distance from downtown with lots of shopping and great food. Each room is designed with an artsy twist that may or may not meet taste.

Stayed here for 2 nights on business recently and enjoyed my stay in a good quality room, quiet and overlooking garden at rear of hotel. All staff extremely helpful, polite and attentive with a good quality breakfast in the mornings. Hotel restaurant closed due to technical issues I was told and nearest restaurant I found was a good walk away with what I considered to be a limited menu. Very close to railway station and city centre for those who enjoy a walk. Would consider staying again in future, hopefully their restaurant will be open next time.

the hotel was good. The access to the center of the city, was easy, even on feet. The hotel staff was very kind and helpful. the whole environment, quiet and comfortable, especilly the garden. But the time we went, as they told us, they were remaking the restaurant, so we could not eat there and this was a problem for us. We found it expensive, but they told us that this dued to the 2 international festivals in the city, at the same time....
