I had a superior double room on the top floor so the smallish windows did at least give a view of the Alps which was great. Stayed in November 2017. The superior room was very nice - spotlessly clean as expected and the bathroom was a good size with a good quality shower, everything worked as expected, but don't pull the red cord in the shower thinking it's a light switch, it's an emergency call system and reception will ring you to check you're OK ! (sorry !) The bed was very comfortable and bedding was of a reasonably high quality - I always think a hotel which can't get the shower or the bedding and bed correct shouldn't be in the hotel business - these are base requirements and NH Central Turin got those spot on. The room did have air conditioning but it didn't seem to have a very wide range of adjustment but it did work and the room was pleasantly warm. Windows were able to be opened and the room cooled quickly -I like having the ability to do this in the morning after a shower. Breakfast was a buffet on the 2nd floor, they cater for most tastes with cold meats, fruit, sausages and scrambled egg as well as a variety of pastries. Naturally the coffee was very good ! They also had a variety of teas. My iPhone charger stopped working on the second day there but the reception were able to lend me a spare charger from a box of chargers I assume people had left behind over the years - all the staff were helpful and this is reflected in the 5 star rating. The location is perfect for the Porta Susa train station - I travelled by TGV and it was a short 4 min walk from the station to the hotel. The OGR arts centre is also a 4 minute walk in the other direction. The local area has a lot of cafes and small restaurants and some nice shops but not much else. Overall a very pleasant stay, helped by friendly and helpful staff, good quality room and bed and nice breakfast.

Good comfortable hotel in great location Breakfast good range, pleasant bar area for the after day glass or pre evening adventure near to restaurants, cafes etc and GAM and within walking distance of city piazzas, tourist attractions Try Osteria La Capannina for Piedmont cuisine nearby

Decent location, though a bit of a walk from the happening centre. Parking is an advantage. Breakfast was okay, but nothing special. Lobby bar is boring. But the staff was friendly, and the room was modern, clean and comfortable.

We took bus from Malpensa airport and arrived at SUSA station in Torino. Hotel located at walking distance from the bus stop. Front staff was very efficient to book our restaurant nearby for that dinner.and restaurant was excellent choice.

Very nice room with modern style furniture, quiete, clean and comfortable. Wide screen TV set. No moquette on the floor but parquette. USB charging sockets near the bed. Excellent breakfast buffet full of fruit, sweets, juices and excellent Italian coffee. There is also a gluten free space where you can find specific items (see pic). Kind and quick service.

We stayed in this hotel when visiting friends in Turin. The hotel is nice, the breakfast was very tasty and the options were varied and good quality. It's next door to Porta Susa station, so it's quite convenient if you're visiting by train. Yet it's not exactly walking distance from central attractions such as Piazza Castello, it's not too far if you like walking. The area is quite nice, plenty of places to eat.

This hotel was such a nice surprise. It is a very short walk from the Porta Susa train station. The room was very nice and comfortable, bright and clean. The staff at the front desk were the best I had encountered on a ten day trip through Europe. They were so accommodating and friendly. They even refused a tip after helping me print out some documents I needed for my next day's travel. An added bonus is the hotel's proximity to many nice restaurants. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, and recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a nice place to stay near the train station.

Visited this hotel as part of a Great Rail tour and was very happy with what I found The staff were very friendly with bedrooms very well decorated and the bathroom was very modern The linen and toiletries were excellent quality. The breakfast was of a high quality and overall what I found with this hotel was very good

Have stayed at this hotel quite a few times - before and after refurbishment and have always been satisfied. This time round we were disappointed for 2 reasons. This was our first time booking a room for 3 persons. The third bed was clearly added to the room that usually has only a double bed. It was also the first time with a car and we used the garage which carried a €16 daily charge. Felt it was steep for a garage that couldn't be locked as the gate was severely damaged.

Stayed as part of a group. Newly modernised with good bathroom and usb charging point by the bed. Clean and bright and nice toiletries but air con very noisy. Dinner not particularly good and as we had to leave at 07.10 they would not open the restaurant early for breakfast so we had a picnic provided which was very basic. Close to train station.
