The experience was miserable from start to finish. You have to check in yourself and the code I was provided didn’t work, I also asked if it was possible to check in a bit earlier and that was denied very rudely. Once inside the property is very bare and lacking of any character. Awaiting for you is absolutely nothing, not even a bottle of water. The bedding is pretty terrible and rough and was only provided a sheet, no blankets or comforter. WiFi didn’t work and when I asked the customer service through WhatsApp they told me to call a different number. The walls are paper thin, I could hear the neighbors have a whole conversation and they were not screaming at all. They never bothered to install a toilet roll holder or a soap dish in the shower, also all the soap is very low quality and in single serve pouches of 3 in one soap. The only friendly / nice ppl were the cleaning ladies. I WOULD NOT recommend, they do not care about you or your stay.
