The Sitea is perfectly located in the center of Turin, walking distance from train station and all major sights. Staff super friendly. Elegant old world bar with superb martinis. Rooms comfortable. Michelin 1-star restaurant (we didn't try it) and a nice looking grill. Breakfast lavish. An elegant old world atmosphere and decor. And very reasonably priced.

Beautiful old world ambiance and elegance! The well maintained hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Turin (Turin is astonishingly beautiful – similar to Milan ) within walking distance of most attractions and Porta Nuova train station. Lovely stroll to Piazza San Carlo, Piazza Castello, Piazza Reale, Via Romano, Via Po, and not far from river and Piazzo Vittorio Veneto. The hotel is in the pedestrian only area. Lots of cute cafes, nice restaurants, and great shops nearby. Service was excellent and staff always so friendly and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean with an elegant marble bathroom and all necessary amenities. The breakfast buffet was large and very efficiently managed. There are plenty of options to choose from including many different meats, cheeses, pastries, and fruits. Solid and reliable free Wi-Fi. The public transport in Turin is excellent. Taxi from the airport (30 minutes – €35). The Egyptian museum and Cathedral of St John the Baptist are outstanding!

It’s central ovation made this hotel a perfect choice for us. Our room was a good size, with a bath. A nice treat after a busy day. The staff were very helpful when we were looking for very specific help, sorting things promptly. Breakfast was lovely, catering for all tastes. The addition of a Michelin Restaurant in the hotel was fantastic, we worth a visit if you are able.

Just back from a lovely three night stay at this hotel. The hotel lives up to its name, and is indeed, very grand. The location of the hotel is fantastic and within walking distance of all the main attractions of Turin. It's also a short walk from the drop off point for the airport bus. The hotel itself is very elegant and luxurious. The rooms are clean, comfortable and a good size. The only minor complaint is that the hairdryer kept cutting out, presumably as it was overheating. Perhaps good to bring your own, especially if you have long hair! That really is my only complaint though. Breakfast is included in the price of the hotel room and leaves the offeringsof other hotels in the shade! There is such a wonderful selection of everything you could wish for, including a range of fresh breads, fruits etc. They even offer two non-dairymilks. The American bar within the hotel is nice for relaxing, although a little pricey. However , worth the extra few euros for the benefit of the comfy sofas and being just a few floors away from your room. In summary,, l think this is a wonderful hotel to stay whilst visitingTurin. I would happily stay again and would recommend wholeheartedly to anyone.

My hotel room at Grand Hotel Sitea was booked for me by someone else so I was aware of the room rate until I logged into TripAdvisor to write this review. I couldn't believe that the rate is so low for a hotel in the centre of Turin with such exquisite amenities. I think other reviewers have used the phrase 'old world charm' to describe this hotel and I would have to agree. The décor (and clientele!) hark back to a time when suit and tie were mandatory for dinner and silver service breakfast is the norm. I have enjoyed my stay here and recommend others try this hotel for their next trip to Turin. Room size at the lower end of the room rate is cosy. Definitely not a lot of spare space once you unpack a couple of large suitcases. Mattress is very comfortable and bathroom is charming (if a little pokey). There is obviously a lot of attention paid to maintaining the décor of the hotel and it is a testament to the efforts of staff that the hotel looks as presentable as it does. Loved my time at Grand Hotel Sitea.

Stayed here twice in the span of a week for a total of 3 nights. Great location about 7-10 minute easy walk from train station so you're away from that (which is good) and an easy walk to all the attractions in Torino. Room was nice, I was by myself so had a single room which was not surprisingly small, but what I expected. Really nice breakfast, lots of options. Hotel staff was very professional and courteous. Would definitely stay here when I return to Torino.

The hotel was very nice, the room was very nice, the bath room was terrible (size just good for one person "on diet"). The personnel was extremly friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet was excellent.

Travelling around Italy for the last few weeks we have been in six different hotels and by far The Grand Hotel Sitea has been our favourite. Together with the classic old world charm, cleanliness, attention to detail, lovely staff, location, breakfast menu and bar this place has it all. If ever we have the opportunity to come back to Turin this is where we will stay.

Extremely friendly hotel Easy location for the main city and attractions Excellent breakfast Bistro restaurant good and well priced Also has a Michelin 1 star restaurant Car park Rooms clean and loads of room Good bar reasonably priced

We spent four nights at the Grand Hotel Sitea as part of a tour of Piedmont. The public spaces and rooms are lavishly decorated. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Our room had a feature which I haven't seen in any other hotel. It was a black box on the desk, which in addition to the USB outlets for our phones, had a built in volatge converter with an American outlet so that my wife could plug her curlers in with no adapter needed. But the best thing about this hotel is its location, within an easy walk of many of the main attractions of Turin, including the Royal Palace, Egyptian Museum, Cinema Museum and shopping along Via Roma and Via Lagrange between the Piazza San Carlo and the Piazza Reale.
