The hotel is fine but there is a terrible issue about the noise which make the doors when people open or close. There is no appropriate groom and hence every time some one gets to his room, one can hear the doors slamming too loudly or hard. It was very difficult to get to sleep.

Superb central hotel

Staff were all positive, polite and helpful. Hotel close to train, tram and bus stops for easy access in and out of town. Great breakfast. Certainly value for money and would recommend

The hotel is at a very convenient location, only 3 minutes walk to central train station and within 30 minutes walking to city center. The hotel is very nice and clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is clean and comfortable. The bed and bedding is also very comfortable. The breakfast is of great variety and quality.

The hotel is very close to the train station and you can get there easily and quickly. Their staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The included breakfast is excellent and the staff who serve it are extraordinarily helpful.

I had stayed here many years ago it belonged to another hotel chain. But itโ€™s always a good option five minutes away from train main train station. The front desk employees were helpful, professional and nice. breakfast used to be included in the price not anymore.

Gave me a very cold room with no heating & air conditioning in the first night. It was too cold to take off your clothes to sleep, not to mention taking a shower. Even reluctantly to give a room with heating the second day after I requested to cancel my reservation. Absolutely should not treat hotel guest like this!
