A nice hotel in the center. Not fancy but ok. The rooms are nice but the hallways could use some paint. Must have many room because sometimes the Breakfast room was nearly full. Not trendy, not stylish but a friendly staff make up for that.

We loved this hotel - wonderful beds and linens. It is centrally located next to the train station and within walking distance of wonderful shopping, cafes, churches and close enough to walk to the Museum of the Holy Shroud. We could have happily stayed much longer in this hotel and in this area. There is also a small market right on the corner for everything you might need. Bring your own shopping bag!

I've probably stayed at 50 hotels in Italy and it's rare you meet receptionists this charming and service minded as you did here. I speak Italian so I can always get by but Claudio who I met during my stay in late 2018 and the two women I dealt with were knowledgable, kind, funny, and great to talk to. I apologize for not remembering their names but they stood out. So did the location close to ther railway station and almost everything else in stately Torino. I got a corner room which was fine but the two rooms I stayed in during my stays were without atmosphere and the walls were a little on the thin side. The breakfast was fine and the location of the hotel is stellar!

Arrived here with a group of 38 from GRJ but check-in was quick and efficient. The lifts are small so there was a bit of a delay going to rooms. We couldn't make our key work (our fault - wrong room!) so the hotel porter kindly carried our bags to the correct room and showed us the back stairs and staff lifts for our convenience. The room was fab - large bed, t.v., toiletries in the bathroom, kettle, robes and slippers. We all met in the small, cosy bar then went into dinner which we'd pre-ordered. Pasta, chicken curry and pannacotta were all good and very fast wine service. Breakfast was OK though staff were slow in replenishing coffee and items when they ran out. Would definitely recommend this hotel for facilities and location and wished we could have stayed longer than one night.

From our way to isola albarella we stayed two nights in turino. The hotel is located on a perfect place in the midden of the centre, rooms where okay but not modern and not completely clean, breakfast was average, okay but we missed fresh fruit drinks, there is a garage under the hotel but 60 euro for two days is a lot

I booked a night at this hotel for 27th July some months in advance. Two weeks before our stay, the rail line between France and Italy (Paris-Turin) was cut by a mudslide and all trains cancelled. I was aware that I had a non-refundable booking but, given the circumstances, I contacted the hotel in the hope of some kind of gesture as I did not want to cancel but had no choice. The answer a downright and categorical refusal. This does seem very short sighted (as well as unfair) since, if I cancel the booking, then I have to pay the full cost even though they could resell the booking. If I don't cancel I also pay the same but they can't resell. So, of course, I will not cancel. Also, I had stayed at the Hotel Concord previously but now am not not likely to again. So, if you are thinking of booking the Hotel Concord, Turin please be absolutely sure you can get there even if your trains or planes are cancelled.

This is our second stay. The hotel staff is excellent. The rooms are updated and very modern. We only had breakfast at the restaurant and it was very good. The location is perfect. The only negative is the water never got very hot and the bed could have been more comfortable.

Very nice & quiet Hotel. The rooms are large and comfy. We had a corner one so we had 2 balconies. The bathroom was nice and clean. Breakfast good as well. Located in the center close to many shops. Highly recommend.

Location good. Most staff friendly and helpful except on check in. No smile, no welcome and no recognition of me as a customer by the middle aged male receptionist. Room spacious, overlooking quiet street with French doors and very clean. Large very comfortable double bed and pillows but bathroom looking tired. Grouting was missing in places, shower head slipped down as too heavy for rail, water drained very slowly but the best soft towels ever used in a 4* hotel. No iron or board only a hand steamer. WIFi was erratic and needed to reenter every time I closed my computer. Breakfast was the most disappointing part of the stay. Very limited choice, variable quality, plates often empty, cakes dry but good coffee. Asked for poached eggs, my wife fried eggs and told that would be €3 extra for each. Very good scrambled eggs.Never heard of such a thing and I am a retired hotel and restaurant inspector. Poor breakfast ever experienced in a 4* hotel and would only score 3* and hotel itself is looking tired but I disliked the plastic flowers evident in the restaurant and lobby

I really liked this place. Our room was huge by European standards, complete with a chocolate on the pillow. The bathroom was clean and very nice. It was a hike to get to our room as it was on the back side of the hotel but the room made up for the long walk. The hotel was located in easy walking distance to many restaurants and shops. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to friends or return in the future.
