We arrived early and were able to store our luggage. The friendly staff advised us where we could go to the tourist office. The rooms were clean and ours has a nice window with double doors to look out onto the street. Our travelling companions room had a balcony. The buffet breakfast had something for everyone. Be sure to eat at the restaurant next door - prices ate very reasonable with a good selection to choose from and 10% off for guests at the hotel. It is a good location.

Lovely hotel close to shops / sites / transport

It was a great hotel close to shops & transport however I didn’t realise I had booked an eco room which meant no air conditioning so my daughter and I found it a little warm & stuffy. We had a small fan which helped to a point. Otherwise it was lovely & nice breakfast included - Grazie

Excellent property and grear location, very clean and restaurant closes late (1AM) which ia a great advantage if you arrive late. The only challenge is that they do not have airco in the rooms only ceiling fans and do not have iron nor iron board in the rooms nor in the entire hotel.

Great little hotel in Torino

Great experience for few nights in Torino for mates wedding. Perfect location to everything. Impressed, got my bed made with clean sheets each day, and fresh soap and hair stuff - Has a small fridge which was cold.. and nice, convenient for keeping drinks cold on the summers days. All in all just what I paid for...

This was a great place to stay. My only quibbles are that the plastic cups used for the juices at breakfast were so flimsy they almost collapse in your hand (and seemed rather downmarket), a more varied selection of fruit would have been good, and some muesli.

The only redeeming quality of this place was the location. A total of three cockroaches in my room during my three day stay, after closing off each drain after the first. Staff didn't seem to mind. Surely you're better off spending a little extra to not have these roommates. bathroom appliances were falling apart, bed was incredibly hard. at least the AC works!

I’m not going to allow the French man who checked us in RUIN our stay but he was very very rude and arrogant, you can tell he’s not happy working with the public. The other thing that was disappointing was I know when booking air conditioning is a MUST This place advertises air conditioning, but when checked into a room, nothing. The rude French Checking # guy said that must be a mistake. This building has no AC.
