I stayed at Le Petit Hotel for 5 nights last week. First thing's first, from all of the reviews talking about the toilet, I thought this was referring to a small bathroom, not a literal slim (and high!) toilet - weirdest I've ever seen and definitely doesn't help you "go". Could've done without a bidet and just had a normal toilet. Even the shower unit is small - I have a slim frame and could just about manage to wash my hair, although it took a fair bit of manoeuvring. The shower pressure was amazing though! The room itself was also quite small but big enough. It was a bit annoying that the charging points require 3-pin chargers rather than the 2-pins used throughout most of the rest of Europe. The only 2-pin charging socket they had was in the bathroom, with no spare chargers to borrow, and it's not particularly easy or safe to charge there (and also considerably inconvenient if needing to use your laptop/tablet at the same time). Have to give a big thank you to Francesca who resolved two issues quickly for me - one was when I didn't realise I could've opened the sink plug a bit myself, assuming that it was blocked as water wasn't draining as quickly as usual, and the second was when I got back to my room one evening to find loads of ants on the floor! She quickly got rid of them and cleaned and sprayed the floor, and I didn't have a problem with ants again. This was explained as possibly being due to the plants in the balcony, which I don't see as being necessary so you could probably do away with the plants to avoid this happening again. Only having a door and not a window that could be kept open safely at night was also a bit annoying, I'm just glad I wasn't there when it was intensely hot! There were also works going on in the courtyard area my room was overlooking, which meant it was a bit noisy throughout the day too. Finally, sound is terrible. I felt like I could hear people closing their shower doors in rooms down the hall from me. This meant that you could hear noise till late into the night, which wasn't ideal for people who had early starts like myself. Antonio was also fairly friendly, he got the job done but could do with smiling a little more (although I do appreciate it's not an easy job! At the end of the day we're on holiday so service with a smile goes a long way). All in all, I'd say location trumps everything, and it doesn't come at too dear a price either. Even the restaurant next door was super convenient, always heaving with customers, and reasonable too.

I am really satisfied to have chosen to stay at Le Petit Hotel when I visited Turin with my son and my best friend. The hotel is spotless clean, staff are very helpful and good choice of breakfast. This hotel is located in the very centre of Turin, just a few minutes walk to Piazza Castello, the Egyptian Museum and other landmarks. Will definitely choose again this hotel if I decide to visit Turin again.

The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable and water pressure in the shower was excellent. Le Petit Hotel enjoys a strategic location - it's a stone's throw away from Piazza Castello, Piazza San Carlo and Via Roma and Via Po. The toilet is a little bit uncomfortable and it's shape looks a little bit funny too 🤣🤣

I spend 3 night in the hotel. Location is very good room also good and the breakfast was unexpected and great options The only bad thing was the rude receptionist that welcome me when I arrived , I said I have i reservation under my name he Chaick and say no I do not have, and I show my confirmation booking paper and he said I do not want that I want your passport , I said if you not check the reservation to confirm I ma you not need my passport till check in and he said does not want paper if I want to se if I have booking he request my passport . I’m an experience traveler and that is not the way they do if he does not have my booking what need my passport after argument I show my passport and saus yes I have .. bad manner and not correct way from my side how a check in work

We stayed here in May 2018, and will never be going back again. The staff were rude and unhelpful, they seemed to be annoyed by us choosing to stay in their hotel. When we checked in the clerk insisted on taking and hanging on to our passports rather than copying them and returning them straight away. They were returned to us, however, when we went out to dinner later in the evening. The room we stayed in was dark, dated and uncomfortable. It had a tiny, awkward bathroom with a toilet that I can only describe as weird. Breakfast was inedible and served in a stuffy airless basement. About the only thing going for this place is it's location, right in the heart of the city. Considering the cost of staying here and the excellent standard of other hotels in Turin, which are available for much the same price this is very bad value.

I had stayed here five years ago for a couple of nights, and had an enjoyable stay, so when I found myself walking past it this September, whilst pushing my bike through the town, I couldn't resist going in and asking for a room again. Very friendly reception staff, nice room, bike stashed in the inner courtyard for the night, and a good selection for breakfast. They have no restaurant, but there is an arrangement with the restaurant next door where you get 10% off the bill. Very central, and only a short walk to the main railway station.

Super hotel in a fantastic Location in Turin , Centrally situated . The room Was delightful and we had big windows that opened onto a balcony with great views. Close to the station and with great restaurants and shops around . The Breakfast was good , continental style and there was a fridge and hairdryer in the room . Lots of storage space too . The toilet was odd in the room as it was very tall but narrow. Good space saver but difficult to use if you have a big bottom. The shower and bathroom was otherwise really good and you got used to the strange toilet. Definitely recommend . A beautiful city too.

It’s the simple things that make a hotel great. A comfortable bed. Clean sheets. Clean bathroom and shower. Le Petit Hotel had all of these and more. I paid only 60€ which invalided breakfast. Really good hotel. Easy to find and navigate around Turin.

Front-desk staff polite but unfriendly, breakfast staff a bit rude and cleaning staff very noisy. Bedroom had enough space, but it's basic decoration makes the room very cold (ceramic floor, but no tapestry); bathroom is very small and entrance to shower will not be possible for strong people and toillet and bidé are very narrow (see photos). Minibar only has water. WiFi was OK. Room was well clean and the matress gave a good night rest. Breakfast was acceptable although they could do it better (juice is not natural, glasses are of plastic).

Very nice hotel located in a perfect place. The Staff very friendly and helpful. Varied breakfast but mostly there are not warm dishes. Very clean, but in the rooms close to an elevator can be quite loudly.
