This is a very good hotel, close to main point of views. But they have a problem with A/C system in the floors from 1 to 11. The heater didn't work, we were freezing in the room. To solve the problem bringing us a portable heater. We stayed a week and we were very pleased with the location.
The Westminster Park Plaza is located in a perfect spot, with lots to do around it and easy transport to other places via the underground, train, or taxi. I was concerned about the other reviews about the showers being small. They were not at all small and my husband who is 6'5" and 225 lb. was quite ...

This was my 4th visit to the Grange St. Paul Hotel. The staff are consistently professional, courteous, helpful and friendly. Everything about the stay was perfect with the exception of their strict 3:00 check in policy, which they clearly state.
Loved the convenient location, helpful staff- walk everywhere, Newer and well designed
Right across the street from the V & A. A five minute walk to the Piccadilly Underground with quick access to Piccadilly Cicus, Leicester Square, Trafalgar Square, Coventry Garden, and all of the West End. The full Wnglish breakfast buffet bar is the finest we’ve experienced in London. The rooms are spacious for London. You can’t miss with the Rembrandt.
After a 3 hour line in customs at Heathrow, I was happy to have chosen an airport property in London. A speedy complimentary shuttle bus dropped me off at the front drive (the offer a five pound transfer which I took the next morning) The front desk check was gracious and efficient, the room small, modern and very comfortable, every amenity I could need. There is a convenient store and traditional pub across the street. I opted for a rib-eye steak in the very busy, but very cool restaurant on site. The restaurant staff was also superb. I was able to catch the new Will and Grace on the tele and enjoyed a comfortable, QUIET nights sleep! (Impressive since the worlds busiest airport is right across the street!). The shower was delightful with plenty of steamy hot water and that breakfast buffet delicious. I don't get English 'Bacon" but the fresh carrot juice was perfect. I couldn't be happier with my night at the Park Inn, after a stressful ordeal getting from Hamburg to London (the customs wait was 3x longer than the flight!) my stay here was paradise.
