Hotel staff very accommodating of our early arrival. Prepared our room quickly and before usual check in time. Upgraded to better room when I pointed out we were staying a full week. Hotel restaurants (one Chinese one British) adequate but not outstanding. Location excellent for London near tube ...
The hotel was great. Very clean. Staff was very friendly and let us check in early. We had 2 twin beds for our room - the room was small but manageable. Working the shower for hot water was the only trouble we had but worked through it. Great location for all activities, close to multiple underground ...
Rooms are simple a bit dated but that is often the case in some of the older London hotels. The positive is the great location. My room was small but comfy, the bathroom larger than expected. I can say that it is good value for money. Staff were super kind, they need some more staff though as checkout ...

I booked with this Holiday Inn primarily because the website featured in room "refrigerator", and I planned to eat my meals in my room. The tiny cooler was not adequate, but the staff was very kind and sympathetic, and I kept ice in the bathroom sink to keep my food and drinks properly chilled. It meant a little extra effort, but it got the job done, and I was otherwise very happy with my experience. Excellent location in Kensington.
Close to Victoria Train and subway station. Also have lot of restaurants close by to choose from.
Loved the convenient location, helpful staff- walk everywhere, Newer and well designed
After a 3 hour line in customs at Heathrow, I was happy to have chosen an airport property in London. A speedy complimentary shuttle bus dropped me off at the front drive (the offer a five pound transfer which I took the next morning) The front desk check was gracious and efficient, the room small, modern and very comfortable, every amenity I could need. There is a convenient store and traditional pub across the street. I opted for a rib-eye steak in the very busy, but very cool restaurant on site. The restaurant staff was also superb. I was able to catch the new Will and Grace on the tele and enjoyed a comfortable, QUIET nights sleep! (Impressive since the worlds busiest airport is right across the street!). The shower was delightful with plenty of steamy hot water and that breakfast buffet delicious. I don't get English 'Bacon" but the fresh carrot juice was perfect. I couldn't be happier with my night at the Park Inn, after a stressful ordeal getting from Hamburg to London (the customs wait was 3x longer than the flight!) my stay here was paradise.
