The staff during check in was very friendly and our room (although very dated) was clean and quiet. What was disappointing was that we were unaware it was being renovated. The side door you have to enter for registration has no lighting which doesn't make it very safe at night. We usually stay here for the friendliness of the staff, ease of check in, quietness of the room and location to the airport. I hope the renovations are completed before our next trip.

The shuttle busses provided by the hotel were very convenient as they arrived within 15 minutes of requesting one. They pick you up and drop you off to and from the airport and to restaurants nearby. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was under renovations during my stay which was not a problem however the rooms could be cleaner upon arrival.

in construction. in the middle of airport parking lot, with nothing around, nothing to eat or even drinks. No breakfast...nada! strange side entrance to hotel. it was quiet the rooms were ok though. If you dont have a car there is nothing around it and the lobby is in construction and probably weekdays are louder , weekend was quiet- I flew in late to find out here was absolutely nothing to eat unless delivered, even drinks.... The should at least put it on their website and not advertise a restaurant on location- which does not exist.

The hotel was under total Construction. No vending machines no lobby no bar no eating area it was very unacceptable. I was not told about the construction until the day I got there when it was too late. And happy.

Construction made it a little bit sketchy. The room was fine but there was no hair dryer. The beds were comfortable and clean but the bathroom was showing some signs of wear and tear.

We were only crashing there for a night. Had a late flight. Lobby was under construction. The check in was a desk with a pc. It wasn’t dirty in the room but it wasn’t the upkeep of even a Marriott Courtyard. Not gonna lie. The appearance will freak you out a little bit. But the price for that night met our needs which was to sleep for 8 hours and leave. The beds were very comfortable. I have to head back to an airport hotel I probably won’t stay there. They just need to pour some money into the place. Which by the construction maybe they are doing. Just do a major renovation. And it could be a good option coming from the airport.

Great customer service. Hotel is going through renovations, but that did not bother us at all. It was a comfortable bed, a good night's sleep and so convenient to the airport. The transport to and from the hotel was so easy and everyone was just great!

The hotel is inexpensive but is good value and very close to the airport.

Undergoing renovations. No restaurant. Surprisingly quiet even being right next to airport. Overall nothing glamorous but a nice stay.

Heating system broke prior to check in; therefore, I was transferred to another local hotel. No problem; however, when I arrived to check in at the substitute hotel there was an attempt to charge me for the room but I had already prepaid and confirmed with Richmond Airport Hotel. The manager suggested I connect Richmond Airport Hotel. Customer service was nonexistent with RAH. I was told that they could not help me because they didn't have a computer and suggested I contact Orbitz. From that point on, Orbitz assisted me to my complete satisfaction. The transfer hotel, Holiday Inn Express service and staff was awesome and helped me along with Orbitz. Richmond Airport Hotel service was awful and lost a future customer.

when booking I should have been told this hotel was under construction. noisy. front area dirty with broken glass by entrance door. room layout great although tv in sitting room did not work. did not have tea in room as option to coffee and none at front desk. shuttle to airport very good on time and pleasant driver even at 4:00 am.

Hotel is being renovated, but it was a great value for the money and the room was great. Only minor issue was that there was no microwave in the room. It had a refrigerator and a coffee maker, so I don't know if this was policy or an oversight, but everything else was topnotch.

Though it is going through a remodel, the room was very clean! Freindly staff. Close to the airport.

This hotel has seen better days. The fifth floor smells like stale beer and cigarettes.
