One of the worst stays I have ever made, perhaps the worst. This property looks never cleaned, too dirty. Stains everywhere on the walls, doors, bathrooms. There is not even a towel hanger. Smells a bad odor. Had to stay as I was tired to go anywhere else. Otherwise would definitely not stay.

First, I want to the night desk person was pleasant. Outside of this the hotel was horrible. I have never been in such a distuging hotel in my life. Toilet did not work. Someone had pee into prior to me entering the room. The shower smell of mold and mold was on the walls. The tub was completely dirty. Bad patching of walls where you could serious damage. I wouldn't bath a dog in the bathroom.

This is a motel to avoid. My standards are not particularly high; I'm fine with a barebones motel, as long as it's clean. This was the filthiest motel I've ever seen. Dirt on the furniture, dirt and stains on the sheets, and a horrible smell. I like to think I can sleep anywhere, but I couldn't sleep here. I left and found a room elsewhere -- something I've never done before in twenty years of traveling.

You get what you pay for. If you want 5-Star service or no roaches, go to a 5 Star hotel. The drain in the tub did not work, there were pests, the room smelled like smoke, the blanket had a cigarette burn hole in it, but they do have room service, a bar attached to the hotel (with pool tables), and the room doors locked. This hotel is in a good spot with Chick-Fil-A and Tropical Smoothies up the street a short walk. I did have some concerns about the riff raff that spilled out of the bar the first night I stayed there but they didn't bother me after I got into my room. The front counter staff were responsive which is good.

Where do I start? I rented 2 rooms from the property and both were filthy. Both claimed to be non-smoking but stunk of stale cigarette. Bring your own pillows because the ones there are flat, small, and stale smelling. The comforter on both beds smelled of someone else's musk. One of the rooms I was in was sticky on the floor and that side of the bed stank of human urine so badly I could not stand it. The other room I had rented for a friend had what appeared to be blood spatter on the ceiling tiles. The person I stayed with was luckily a plumber otherwise I would have been unable to use a bathroom because the toilet stopped working. The rest of the time I was there, the bathroom stunk of sewage. The water heats up when it feels like it. There were also people soliciting "favors", people doing tattoos in the room next to me, and people who were clearing intoxicated, screaming at each other. This Inn is a residence for many people so I was unprepared to see them standing in their underwear in front of my door, drinking at 9am on a Sunday. I will not return here. I travel to Richmond many times a month and I would not stay here again for the sake of my safety and my hygiene.

This place was horrible. It smelled like smoke . They had people living at hotel. People knocked on the door in the middle of the night. Utah came for pick up at 4:30. You need to take this off line fast!!!

Management allow smoking in units. You can hear the guests right next door all night long.

Where to start. Firstly, the property is in a less than upstanding section or the area, with non-tenants walking in and out, and around the property. The front lobby is falling apart (literally, there are caving in sections of decorative "woodwork." Getting to the room: Firstly, it has two additional locks outside of the electronic lock, on the mid-section and top-section of the door (which bring to question, yet again, the local area). As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the unpleasant smell of smoking that has poorly been covered by strong-smelling orange cleaner. The back wall, near the bathroom, has obviously been caved in, although it has been painted over. The lamp next to the bed closest to the bathroom/sink area has a long cord in the air across to a socket almost at the end of the wall next to the bathroom/sink area. The sink fixture is separated from the wall, and there are bugs crawling about and onto the sink. The bathroom is relatively clean in comparison to the sink area, but has a dingy adhesive grip mat inside the tub. As well, the toilet seat is almost falling off, and the toilet has a broken float/valve, so runs every 5-10 minutes. The TV does not work; the TV is set to aerial antenna service, but even when you type in the channels, the cable freezes up, and never recovers. If not for having only slept 1 hour before driving to Richmond for the day, and having no other options, I chose a close and relatively cheap hotel. Never will recommend!

We were on the road and just needed a place to crash for the night to get back on the road the next day. We had a no smoking room that reaked of smoke.

The condition and smell of the room was enough to make me check out early and find other accommodations. Not worth the price.

I was disappointed with the hotel. The beds were uncomfortable. Felt like they did not have cushions.

They had a pool but we were unable to get in it was locked up.
