Great location, pleasant and helpful staff. But this property is ready for a facelift.
We liked our suite with the kitchen. However, it was in need of repair under the sink leaked. The hallway had vomit and smelled horrible and I was told it would be cleaned but it never was and we stayed 3 days. The pool should have been tarped, it was an eye soar to look at. The lobby had so much fragrance in it we thought someone sprayed perfume when we walked in. I would not recommend staying here.
Always friendly staff and great service. Breakfast is very good and the rooms are very clean and comfortable.
The young lady that checked us in went above and beyond the expected to make our stay extra special. because this property is essentially attached to Short Pump shopping center, parking can be an issue but, we never had a problem finding a spot more than 200meters from the entrance. Convenience and superb service will bring us back if we are ever in the area again.
The AC didn't work very well. Or Tom wasn't ready for check in.
Room design excellent, great view. Nothing not to like. Except for the scrambled eggs!

The pool was under renovation and wasn’t told until check-in. Would’ve been nice to know beforehand. Other than that, this is a great property with plenty of shopping in an excellent area of town.
